These law enforcers need to be relieved from their posts. After all, they have breached the Code of Professional Ethics. As if it is not enough that the FILIPINO IMPOSTOR has made a MOCKERY of the Philippine Political and Legal System, these authorities have added "insult to injury" in a manner of speaking with their blatant display of unprofessionalism. No cultural rationale could be used as an excuse for such deplorable behavior. It is a conduct unbecoming of a police and/or military authority. No wonder the local authorities have become the laughingstock of the country for their grave failure in preventing the escape of the Chinese fugitives. They seem to be more concerned in catching a selfie with a Chinese Crime Operative than doing their job.
