Thanks doc, im 27 years old,too young to have diabetes, and im having a high fbs , which goes 13.2 when i first test it since birth, i started medication, but still i didnt diet.. although i less my intake of sweets, after a week, my fbs goes 10.7.. my mother got toe ulcer and amputated later on... now that i watched to this video, i will be more careful to my health thank you..
