I see what you mean. I think it is just worded wrong. It should be 200 kicks back on each limit 2. Under it says purchase up to 2 products. I did it last week and got 200 kicks for each 🙂
Yes both will come off if you are at or above 17 before the sale. I'm not 100% sure if you are just at $15, but in my experience the higher value usually comes off when there are multiple coupons

If I have the $2.00 Hellmann"s dq coupon clipped will that come off instead of the $5/$15 when I buy 2?
I think if your purchase is over $17 presale cost, then both will come off
