    i've never played in a campaign where the party has a main base but it seems fun! if i ever get to play in one i'll ask if i can make the terrain piece for it, continually adding to it when the party gets new furniture or stuff. great video!

      yer imagine slowly adding to it and building it up, then having it attacked and having to defend it from the BBEG and their minions
      and Thankyou :)

      I remember being keen on this game when the trailers were released, then totally missing it on release. I might have to give it a play. Just googled the gameplay and its definitely something I would make to start making things from!

    Great looking scenery, wow thanks for all the ideas. Liked the texture rollers on foam board. Dont know how you managed to get the p a per off so easily though.

      Haha the paper all depends on the particular foam board. I have some stuff that is the bane of my existence. I've seen people spray water or isopropyl alcohol on them sometimes and letting it dry to help them remove the paper more easily.

    This is a tutorial of so many fantastic parts. Bravo Seb. I really needed to know more about making wall-looking mini-sets.

      cheers :) I love these kind of builds where I get to use a lot of different things ive picked up to make for one finished piece

      Second note: my daughter loved this thing (she is 9). I bet this instruction is WAY too complex for kids, they still enjoy watching it.

      I love that! Might have to do a simple kids episode at some point. Maybe a fairy house 🤔

    Very cool, I would love to know if your friend has rules for his Zombicide campaign somewhere, this build would also be great for frostgrave as well. over all great idea, and lots of potential.

      I don't think he has finalised them ey. He has been pay testing with his wife and we intent to get a bigger test of the rules going soon. Il be encouraging him to share the rules once he has them finalised tho. And ill do my best to share it out :)

    Compared to your 3D printed buildings, which do you prefer? I really like how crafty you get with all the various parts!

      I think I prefer the stuff I make from scratch. There is something special about it being one of a kind and also there is nothing like taking something from your imagination and making it real

    Hey Seb! Fellow Aussie here.. Just curious as to where you got the black foam core with the easy peel paper from? I’ve seen it both in Officeworks and Big W.. just haven’t taken the punt yet to compare. Thanks!

    • @SebMakesStuff
      @SebMakesStuff  5 месяцев назад +1

      I always get the Officeworks stuff. They're still hit and miss. I feel like it's almost luck of the draw for every individual piece. I've seen people use isopropyl alcohol to help break down the glue before peeling. So you spray a mist of the alcohol over the entire thing untill it's soaked in. Then after it dries it comes off a lot easier

      Thankyou kindly. I think you guys will like the next part of this build when we plan to grunge it up; cover it in blood, guts, gore and mud.

  • @branchcore

    I really start enjoying a build then when the crafter says " I 3D printed", I think well I guess this isn't so impressive.

    • @SebMakesStuff
      @SebMakesStuff  Год назад +1

      They're just another tool in the arsenal of crafting. And a great way to save time on basic things. But I guess it depends on the reason you want to make something. For this build it's about the end result being playable, not about it purely being an art project
