This is definitely my favorite Matte and a used weekly since I got it. great review man. I still won't sell my other products as your friend did or give up my GG for that matter but definitely great when you want a matte finish.
+JR H Because I hate myself haha. Ok, all jokes aside it depends on the products. Usually only mediums and on the sides and back are the times I use the fine side. Plus, the Cricket Silkcomb is bomb.
I have a styling issue with my hair, the front fringe that makes the pomp on my hair is extremely wavy only lockharts heavy can even come close to making a decent pomp. No other product is strong enough to control my wavy (cowlick?) Fringe. So ultimately i end uo switching to a comb over, executive contour type style. Any ideas any one?
+Brandon C You could try and work with it or grow it out to add some weight. Realistically the only thing you can do is work with it and train it by combing it a certain way with product daily or just let it do it’s thing
The Workman's Pomp thank you for the reply! Your pomps are the best imo. My hair is it at 4.5 inches right now and I'm letting it grow out for the winter so I hope it works thanks again!
I demand a recount, 5/5 would bang.
4.8/5 hahaha that's precision !

+MikeyTero Yeah, love to have many different products and brands but PND, The Classics, and Nostalgic Grooming are at the top for me
Got a tin of Murrays, B&W and Royal Crown in my collection, so I'm 100% with you on that!
Great information! I can't wait to try this stuff!
+Dave C Thanks brother!
Hell yeah bro. Was waiting for a vid, but I just ordered last night anyway..
+Subtle Banter You won’t be disappointed
nice review sir
I don't know how you can use the fine side of the comb, my type of hair can't even go in. I need to use the wider side. Great review tho.

The Workman's Pomp jajajaj. Yea I can see why use the fine side for the mediums. When i use the fine side it tugs like crazy.
Which is drier this or super WB ?
Have you tried FirstHand Styling Clay?
how does this compared to matte paste from odouds or northern light from shear revival? haha

+Brandon C Totally! I have a bad fringe in the front and back but when my hair grows out it makes styling more manageable! Hang in there!
Good product for sure, don't think it deserves the "matte" name though
Yeah, it does have a bit more shine
