Nene Valley Railway - DSR Class F 656 Tinkerbell - 13th July 2024

Danish State Railways 0-6-0T Class F 656 "Tinkerbell" built by Frichs in 1949 is seen in operation on the Nene Valley Railway on Saturday 13th July 2024. The locomotive was at the head of the lines continental stock and is seen between Wansford, Ferry Meadows and Peterborough.
At Wansford we see Hudswell Clarke 0-6-0T Works No 1800 1 Thomas alongside a look inside the Locomotive Works and at the garden railway.

A most enjoyable video, but sadly we never got to hear how 656 got her nickname of "Tinkerbell"...!
