Bought a numark platinum fx pro and the headphone cue output died after 3 weeks, ordered replacement but saw this and ordered this, the other numark is coming today and go right back, this is coming tomorrow, the fact i can use both softwares is such a bonus and it looks so much better compared to the plat fx.

can you remap the smart color fx button to control the standard color fx instead, such as filter, crush, etc? would be cool if you could switch between the two banks of color fx.

But if I’m using the cable comes with the controller, it’s a type c, so as I can see right now, I’ll not be able to charge my laptop and play at the same time, am I right?

Good question! I believe so, you should be set with a standard adapter

i have a question: can i listen to my mixes on my speakers connected to my pc or i have to put the speakers directly on the ddj console?
I have the same question, but I suppose the sound can come out of the pc speakers
Essentially what we are doing with the FLX4 is controlling the rekordbox instead of using the mouse
You can do both! You can plug speakers in directly to the FLX4 or connect speakers to your computer. Just change the rekordbox setting accordingly and you should be good to go!

Cost of DJ brother
When you plugged it in to the computer the midi light is the only thing flashing. The same thing is happening to me. It won’t connect. How do you get pass that? Please help!?
Yes we had the same happen but after updating rekordbox/serato to the latest version, it was plug n play after that!
