  • The Inland Empire has always been considered one of the most affordable places to live in Southern California. However, with so many people moving there, the real estate market is red hot, meaning super expensive.

It's never a "good time" to buy. Since 2008, have you heard once that it is a good time to buy? The crazy part, if you brought in 2006 (everyone considered the worst time to buy), and sell it now... that house would be considered a "good investment" now. Just buy when YOU are comfortable with the payments and don't go over what you can afford. When I got my first house back in 2009, it is a small old condo in Alhambra, CA. EVERYONE told me I overpaid for $395,000. Now its worth $750,000. Those that said I overpaid and will wait are STILL waiting.

There are loads of people moving TO California, specifically to the city areas, and these are people that do NOT have children and and/or do not plan to marry anytime soon. Lancaster is considered bad subconciously because of a high black population in the only area of LA County which vote for Republican officals , local, county, and State. Prior to 1964 Americans of African descent wasn't even allowed to live in Lancaster or Palmdale.

Things being expensive or high priced which requires high income of a well to do, is the complete opposite of communism. Afterall California is the 5th largest enconomy in the world. Jim Crow Democratic confederate and KKK worshippers threw around ,"the radical leftist liberal communist marxist socialist talking point ", during civil rights. It seems whenever we seek to dilute or dispatch ancestral tendency and tradition, the deplorables throw around this word communism just to mask convervatives real intentions of maintaining ancestral status quo. America will forever be crap as long as the minimum wage remains decades behind the cost of living. I am rerired, and old enough to remember when only my husbands working class income was enough to get the mortgage by himself.
In true communism a 1400 sq house in Watts originally 23k, would not currently sell at 400k . Liberal overreach or policies that you do not like is not communism. Stop using words and terms out of their proper context and sense. It just make many of you appear unlearned and unwise.

@@deborahgladden2253 belief system drives your political views. Democrats always been the bad guys and by making a movie called gone with the wind does not make the democrats good guys. Democrats always took the land from you and they pro Christians and Pro constitution made the 16 amendment. So nobody has the right to take away your property but we never imagine we will have again uneducated people who will let your property be taxed until you can't afford it be taken away from you. Communism is very easy, it goes against God period and that is why they kill Christians in those countries! If God said, you should own private property for you to know you are free! And to leave it for your kids! What do pagan government did in the past? Like the incas, it belongs to the government aka dead emperors! For example ! The democrats in New york in New years eve sang songs like John lenon emagine. .the communist anthem song! Imagine no possessions. Yeah all wars where lead by hard core atheist like hitler, matsuline, Stalin etc when you study the Bible, you will notice when evil is in charge they will tax the hell out of you! Don't worry there is a prophesy that God says the beast system will make prices $75 for a pound of wheat ! All because you rejected your God given freedom. Money is not important, your freedom from evil people are. You can tell who they are in history, there the hypocrites. They change word definition and by doing that change history they believe
