Lol everybody is an expert in the comments haha Is obvious why they are pissed but for people who knows how to do diy's knows that you provided the accurate dissassembly instructions. Very helpfull my friend, appreciate that.
not careful work 😮 , I don't understand the excitement in the comments? 1 you didn't put the most important gasket under the screen, 2 adhesive tapes on the adhesive structure under the screen create a distance and its task is to touch the copper part of the screen to transfer heat from the processor, 3 cleaning the body, small pieces of garbage may fall over cameras that are not protected, sorry, this is a video from a series like the screen should not be replaced 😅
I have the exact same phone with the same type of damage and want to replace myself.. BUT, all my research becomes confusing as there is a wide range in prices for the scree. How do you know exactly what part # is needed? Thank you
So I took my screen to a repair shop that tmobile is partner with and they took for ever to replace it and now it looks good but when I watch videos it does not look the same is there a possibility they put a cheap screen on??
Yes. They told me it's different grades of screens. GRADE A -C , with grades A being the best screen for replacement. So they do replace with cheap screens
You are doing the lords work with videos like this. People should be able to repair their own devices if they want to. Where do you get your replacement parts from? I have a cracked screen atm but no LED damage as of yet but I will probabaly need to repair it in the future.
Is this water proof after replacement? I just bought s23fe and want to change the back cover because I don't like the color. I bought 5 back covers from Aliexpress but I'm afraid if I do that then the phone will not be waterproof anymore😅
@RichardMeza lmao tf. I'm in IT bro and motherboard doesn't store anything. The HDD/SSD does. I was talking about the RAM but yes also SSD has NAND memory, GPU, CPU cache and even HDDs have NAND cache too. Also it's good to follow the normal shut down sequence otherwise you're just damaging the life span of your chipsets. Imagine you were just working normally and then all of a sudden knocked out, you would feel bad right?
why disconnect all the back, remove motherboard and battery? Can't you just expose the connector that goes to the display and then remove the old display and put the new one in?
The display connects inside the phone. How are you going to reconnect the new screen back into the motherboard if you never open the phone. It's like saying how are you going to do an oil change on a car without opening up the hood? You maybe able to drain the oil underneath the car but how are you going to put oil back into the car if you can't open up the hood to pour oil back into it. Does that explain it better?
@RichardMeza Maybe I expressed myself badly....I meant to say: open the back, remove the wireless charging connector to expose the display connector and then replace the display. Without dismantling everything else

where do you get the part?
You have yet to answer the most important question everyone shares. Where is the source for reasonable market-value s23 screens.
Where can I find your store please.
My Galaxy S22 or S23 screen broke .

Where would I get a new screen from that I’m not going to have to sell my house to get?
The fingerprint scanner was working fine....it didn't need a replacement
4:55 bro turns off the phone via unplugging the battery 💀 NAND memory inside.
Which does absolutely nothing to the phone. Memory doesn't erase. Its already saved in the phones motherboard.

This technology of replacing fingerprint scanner along with broken display is really bad on pocket as well as environment
