Is there an OST with an actual Khan theme, or did you put together the two London tracks? I'm curious. Because I always imagined a song with those piano notes as his theme, but haven't found any such track to his name (aside from the Ode... but that one wasn't as good, in my opinion).

The first track is called "London calling". I think he mentioned it in this compilation because it is related to Khan.

London Calling is essentially the Khan theme. These notes are played specifically in moments featuring Khan and meant to hint at his tenacity and insidiousness. Anytime he does something seemingly for the benefit of good people the theme plays but we see how it turns out later in the film and it should queue viewers that even are not familiar with the Khan character into the fact that he has his own terrible agenda.
