Alika Thompson , me too! Something in our frequency structure. Most piano or flute disrupts my harmony. There is a note a, b, c, d, ECT. That we all are harmoniously in sync with. Or we resonate with. And certain tones throw us off. Try experimenting with some of the Solfeggio frequencies .428hz 528hz ECT. Search here on the tube. Be blessed not stressed! Be careful some can drain you! Are you familiar with kinetic energy test?

My 10 Year Old Will Request Them At Night If I Forget To Give Her Permission To Play Them On Her Tablet. And When Baby Is Fussy From Fighting The Sandman; These Ambient Sounds With Rain Knock Her Out Like Magic! 😄 They're So Relaxing. My Daughters Were Raised On Classical Music For Sleep In The 90's. So, It's Become A Sleep Tradition In My Family. All Of Us Girls Must Have Our "Sleep Music" Or Ambient Sounds To Sleep By. Thank You For Posting, Young Lady! It's dark screen if you set it to dark setting. Plus it is darker than most other alternatives
