That girl is so mature. She clearly had to grow up fast. I hope her mom got help, she clearly needs it.
@HeyThatsAlex, she is. I saw the 3,000th episode, where Shemida returned to the show with an update. She said that since the show, her sister, Dana is her best friend, and her daughter, Sharayah lives right behind her mother’s house, and they see each other, every day
That’s not mature when you want to put the person who gave you birth to humiliate her on Tv. There’s other way to resolve this. She chose to go to dr Phil to go viral 🥴
@@User-eg4ws Did the daughter write in? I thought the sister did.
@@emilyann4054 they’re still immature, there are other way to handle things. I feel so bad for the daughter, she was just 18 but this was going on way before. Because of her mother, she had to grow up so fast, she probably never even enjoyed being just a kid and having no stress. Hope she's doing okay now
I'm the 100th like :)
I saw no tears in the mothers face… only her !
Mom's got the same shocked face mine had when I finally blew up and recounted every incident where she failed me as my mother. She thought I'd forgotten or wasn't strong enough to call her out. Couldn't stand the truth in her face and tried to run away. Like hands over ears! We no longer speak as was my choice. I feel much less depression, stress and anxiety now.
They did her dirty in that thumbnail
My heart goes to the daughter. She feels she does not have a life . I can relate . I can understand why she is angry
"She's your mom, she gave you life" I hate this quote so much... Because this quote disregards children who are abused by their mother...
That quote is indoctrination to children, it indoctrinates children to respect their mother, that their mother is always right, even when they are wrong... and disrespecting your mom is wrong even when she is abusive or toxic...
The quote also indoctrinates kids into believing that it's wrong to rebel against your mom, even when she is a terrible and abusive psycho parent....
We shouldn't tell this to kids, because the meaning behind the quote is a one sided relationship between the parent and the child...
This is where a unstoppable Force meets an immovable object...
No the daughter here is right she had to raise herself the mother is messed up listen to the daughter telling her telling her mother the truth the daughter didn't no way disrespect her mother okay the mother didn't write in to Dr Phil the daughter did the daughter said I forgive you mom the mother is messed up
Mum always tells me, that it was her choice, and also her responsibility to raise me. I do not owe her anything
most child abuse is done by the biological mother.

Wait is the mom seriously saying that her daughter verbally abused her at 8? Really?! I am so glad she has gotten help that Dr. Phil provided to her
I can imagine how silent it was just hearing a mother and daughter arguing about their lives I can just imagine how awkward it has to be to hear the first airing and shooting of that episode.
This mom is so disrespectful it’s disgusting every child deserves a parent but every parent doesn’t deserve a parent this kid has so much potential and she’s so strong for doing this we believe you to keep on fighting! ❤️

The daughter drop this: 👑
The daughter is so confident and I’m defo on her side
if anyone watching this video and is reading the comments and has been through this, i’m so sorry for you. you’re such a strong individual, you deserve so much better. a mom is supposed to love you through thick and thin and raise you on how to live in this world and teaching you right from wrong. a mom isn’t supposed to treat you like a best friend. and it’s completely okay to cut off your mother. cutting off toxic family members should be normalized. if you’re reading this, i love you. have a good day, i promise it will get better.
It is hard to have a non-maternal mother; who seems to have no good reason for being emotionally unavailable or overwhelmingly bitter and selfish with all of her relationships.
I don’t even know her but I’m literally so proud of her PERIODT🔔🔔🔔🔔🔔

Damn that daughter… she has a LOT of anger 😢 I want to give her a big hug
So its OK to have anger. Then why do people say that anger is bad? Its a natural part of being human.
@@byefelicia8632 when it comes to killing someone when it gets out of control or not forgiving, yes. but if you get mad with someone for a time and then forgive and forget it is the right way to overcome it
I have never seen a woman make so many crying sounds and put on such a crying voice yet NOT YET SHED A SINGLE TEAR
so i see Dr Phil turned his comments on
Yes
It's called emotional incest, they may be best friends but the mom relies too much on her daughter and shares everything to her like she's her partner, it makes the children grow faster and more mature when their parent talks about their problems all the time (hence why the kids feels more burden in their shoulders and wouldn't successfully enjoy their childhood much). Thankfully the daughter has sense of responsibility, the mom is so lucky to have her.
the way when they fight there are no tears in the mom’s eyes and the daughter is constantly on the verge of tears. shows who really cares about the situation

Daughter: reasonable mature argument
Mom: hElLo mAm WeLcOmE tO mCdOnAlDs
My mother has the same mental illness. Whatever that is im witnessing. Im actually amazed at how I feel I'm in the daughters body trying to let out years of trauma. And my mother with her hypochondria + narcissism will be the victim of everyone for all time. Even though I always loved her, I always had to run away as well; over 1000 miles. At age 38, I simply stopped calling her to make me cry. I havent heard from her in over two years. My life is better without her black hole of negative energy.
It’s actually so wonderful to see something like this and read that people are supporting to the daughter.
I can relate to this daughter so much and the way this mother was acting reminded me so much of my mother.
My mum has been exactly the same way for the last 4 years. She has been in psychiatric hospitals probably 10 times a year for the past three years and she would spend each time in for the full 2-3 week admission.
She would then come home, do no real mental work on herself, expect to just take her pills and sleep a lot of the time and for her depression and addiction to just leave. She would also continuously come out of hospital and only be able to stay sober for 2 weeks each time (sometimes a week) before she would relapse with drinking and would then deal with it by going back into hospitals.
Every single day for nearly 4 years now she has woken up with anxiety and has convinced herself that she will wake up with anxiety for the rest of her life. Yet every morning when she wakes up for the first 20 minutes she will be fine. I watch her and she actually convinces herself every single day that sooner or later she will get anxiety and low and behold every day after that first half an hour she starts getting panic attacks.
She puts little to no work into working on her sobriety and mental health and expects everyone else to do it for her. Whether it be doctors, family or medication. She comes home and it’s like she is on a constant mouse wheel of self destruction just to get back into hospital where she feels “safe” cause there are “doctors and nurses there to take care” of her.
And when someone is so obsessed with being sick and unhealthy to a toxic level every single day it does make you go mad. I can see why this girl is so angry and exhausted. Can you imagine every single day someone you love so much constantly complaining, never smiling, always saying they feel sick, always crying, always sleeping to escape.
And what’s so sick is then when you bring it up (just like this girl did) - you often get the mothers response. Projection, guilt, manipulation through tears and misguided anger.
Daughter has actual visible tears, mum just has a sad face & whining, then VERY quickly snaps to a blank face and normal tone.
I relate to this so much other than the sick part. My mom has bad anger issues but she's always venting to me out of the blue and taking things out on me. She doesn't believe therapists work so she's truned me into her own and I hate it so much, its so exhausting
