Amazing work, just saw this driving in San Antonio and noticed the ICON badge on the fender and freaked out. Was awesome seeing one of your builds in the wild
Jonathan, beautiful truck as always!!! Amazing job on the 43. The example 43 you show around 1:13, I own it. :-) In this picture it still had a really bad internals. It’s been a journey to bring it back both mechanically and aesthetically. The throwback vibe makes it my favorite vehicle. Thanks for your continued focus on making an excellence product.
If you could only have 1truck without a bed, this would be it. Everything is well integrated and perfectly proportioned, including the wheelbase and wheels. There is beauty in the beast.
Great, good to see something new. I think it is my favorite model so far. Hard top, great, that sets it apart from a toy! Shift the rear axle, perfect! Air compressor in the engine comp, super! The rear seats layout, hummmm Hope to see a 6L80 trans. soon
every time i say you can't get better than this you seem to out do yourself and do something awesome. love the color and hard top. stunning vehicle. and thanks for the message at the end.
Exiting design and brilliant conversion with finishing at another level - well done. Am quite sure you have a very happy customer.Wish i had one of those...! Enjoy your work and good luck from ZA.
I’m honestly surprised one of your clients hasnt had you ICON a 1981 a Toyota pickup, you know the one with the round headlights. I think it would be epic.
Sir... love your work, specifically the derelicts! Joe Rogan sent me. If i can dare to ask... Have you done any motorcycles? Specifically older americana like an indian or old harley? Thank you!
I own 200s and am just getting interested in these oldies. Why do you fit a US engine as opposed to a Toyota engine? I think of the reliability as half the magic.
Is the car not the correct 43 length? The wheelbase being different from a true 43 doesn’t mean a 43 top shouldn’t fit. I just wish you would build the 43 as Toyota did. Would make sourcing parts much much easier
Hi Jonathan that FJ 43 is exactly the FJ , i would like to aquire from you. Can we talk on viber or messenger? I am in the Philippines. Hoping to hear from u asap thank you
Really annoying having this show up in my feed when it can't actually be watched yet. I'm a great fan of Icon and watch all the videos but this new way of premiering them is quite frustrating. Not sure what purpose it serves.
What about something the rest of the 99.9% can afford? You know considering the crisis we are in? Sure it's nice and all, but in the meantime guess I'll stick my Jeeps.
Absolutely mind-boggling design detail and innovation !
Inspiring.
Happy to see you up and running. Thanks for adding some normalcy to our day! Stay safe!

As always “tastefully” well done! Wish I was a bit younger (65) and I would gladly work for free to be associated with such a great company! Thanks
I love 😍 what you guys recreate and this FJ is right up there with the best of them 👌🏼😎 Thanks for sharing and stay safe 👍🏼
Please don’t ever worry your Preaching. Your Vids are fantastic and extremely informative. Bucket list to be able to afford a car and your work on it.

Visibility looks amazingbn this one, and the jacket really shows well!

Beautiful piece of art and science
Graphite Blue Metallic. I knew it. Only owners of that color brag about how crazy good it looks.
Really like this combination! Wish Aqualu would produce hardtop parts....great work as always!!
Kickass. Man, I love your stuff!
Excellent and well done as usual.

My goal in life is to own an Icon. Fuck everything else, if I ever get one I will live in it!
A very well crafted vehicle, but if I had the money it'd be the FJ60/62 from the previous video all day long.

How tough is it to remove the top on these 43’s?
i'm just here for the finesplines
You should really come back for the Chillewich and Auxilarary.
Is it for sale???

Instead of taking tops from other vehicles, why not craft your own replica with metal from local metal suppliers?
I have been trying to reach out to you regarding my interest to aquire an icon fj40 or fj43 both hard tops. Please reply to my face book

Yeah, I assumed that since it was live, it would be interactive or something.
