This is the simplest biriyani recipe I have seen. This turned out really good. I have prepared this for nearly 6 to 7 times and each time it turns out to be perfect.
Dear Bharat, i hv seen 100s of different food recipes and tried them.
But never wrote any comment, today I tried this recipe as it was my day off today and I made it for lunch and as my wife came home from work... Served her this...
I and her was amazed by the fact it was out of the world.

आज बनाया ... खुशबु और स्वाद दोनों ही लाजवाब । केवल एक ही छोटा सा इंस्ट्रक्शन repeat करूँगा ..."प्रेशर कुकर medium फ्लेम में रखकर इधर - उधर नही चले जाना । समय पर एक सिटी हो जाने के बाद तुरंत पूरा vapour निकल देंना । जैसा भरत जी ने सिखाया है । ऐसा स्वादिष्ट चिकन बिरियानी पहले कभी नही न बनाया न कभी खाया । दिल से सुक्रिया 🙏
