I think hand-tied caps are more comfortable to wear. I do believe they’re more beneficial for those without bio hair (I do have some bio hair). Spotlight is a beautiful style…love those shades❤
Shout out to Name Brand Wigs. They are my “go to” for wigs. They are great to deal with. Thank you, Denise, for the cap comparison. I really like hand tied caps. IMO, they are more comfortable. I live in west Texas--where the wind blows (& blows, & blows lol)--and the closed wefting gives me the confidence that the wefting is not showing.
Thank you Denise for what you do! I’m new to wigs and you’ve helped me so much. One thing I have trouble with is negative comments about the wig I’m wearing from people I know when I go out. I’m now afraid to wear my wigs when I go out.

Just wondering? Does the hand tied wig feel cooler or hotter? I'm used to open wefting but I'm loving the look of the flat one sitting so nicely I just get hot easily...what do you think 🤔 thankyou!!
@@patriciat5323 My hand tied wigs feel cooler to me. They’re med to lower density. While most people proclaim open wefting cooler, mine have lots of permatease and are very dense so feel hotter to me.
Hey Denise, This is a little off topic and i don’t know if you’re even going to remember this but… Do you happen to recall quite a long while back- I THINK it was this(?) past summer (or the one before last but I reeeally think it was this past summer) you were on camera one time doing either an Amazon summer dress video review (or it could have been just a wig review- I don’t know.. sorry!! Something just makes me think it was of something OTHER than wigs) And you ever-so-BRIEFLY mentioned in passing something about the self-tanning product you found that year (last year or so) that you really loved so much. I think you said it didn’t transfer or something.. that’s all i can remember. Do you recall WHAT product that might have been and when you say it doesn’t transfer do you ALSO mean that when you perspire there is no transfer of it under your clothes then either??!😮 ** I went to look on your Amazon products page and I didn’t see anything except for I’m not sure if you had some of that Sally Hansen Air Brush Legs on there or not BUT, even if you do, I am about 98.5% sure that is NOT the product you were so pleased with finding that you mentioned on that video. Anyway, you just mentioned it in passing- it wasn’t a fixed part of your show or it didn’t seem to be planned to be so I don’t even know how it came up. Perhaps you were filming a partial makeup and clothes video- I just don’t know but I’m hoping you can somehow remember the name of the self tanner because i’ve been needing die and meaning to ask you for this for a long time Denise. P. S. BTW, if you remember it, is it a product from someplace that you happen to have a coupon code attached to it we can use ? OR is it just a product you like? Over a few years with wigs, I am going with hand tied whenever possible. I look at it as cost per wear. I have had a lot of stylish wigs that were too big. You can cinch them in, but they are still too big and they slide around a bit on your head and itch. So you wear them a few times, they sit in the back of the closet for a few months before they get donated. Very expensive per wear.

I've been eyeing spotlight but I have a 22.5 inch circumference so would you recommend the regular or the large? Definitely not the hand tied..
I just bought Spotlight Large from another wig site so if you like the style that could work.
