- For the past 2 years, I have been making content on my college campus with this cast of goofballs. As a final thank you, I rented out a banquet hall for us.

As bittersweet as it is to say goodbye to a channel that’s been a place of comfort for so long, i’m truly so happy that anthpo can wrap up this chapter of his life and start experiencing things without the burden of content creation. I think the fact that we’re all sad about this proves how impactful ending it here is. He could have continued until his channel fizzled out, and we had all moved on, but instead he’s ending it when it should end-not drawing out content. It’s like your favorite tv show coming to its natural conclusion. Of course it’s sad, but it’s better than them continuing until the series loses all of its luster. Appreciate you, Anthony

When I started college I very much intended to go to class, do my assignments, and do nothing else. I was depressed, anxious, and didn’t have a single friend. Discovering the Anthpo channel showed me what college had the potential to be and how much genuine friendship can change an experience, and even give you a reason to wake up everyday curious and excited for what you’ll say yes to next. In the last couple years I’ve not only felt welcomed into the ACU, but challenged myself to change my mindset and take advantage of the opportunity to make my own memories. I have my own little family now. I have my own memories. I’m infinitely more happy than I was two years ago. Thank you for all that you’ve done. You should be so proud of all the joy that you’ve brought and the love that you’ve shared. Thank you Anthpo family.
Gavin’s speech stuck the most with me. My college experience has been lonely and disappointing. I remember back when I was having online classes I felt jealousy and sadness watching these videos. Of course, after some reflection and growing up I was able to come back to them with a healthier, more positive outlook, but I did have the gnawing feeling that once I become a corporate worker next year (or even if God forbid, I don’t get a job), I might have lost my last few chances to have these absurd adventures. So Gavin’s thoughts absolutely helped me in how I ought to view friendships. Thanks for that. Thanks for everything.
It’s pretty hard to see Anthony go after being here since the very beginning. But I’m so happy for him that he’s going to the next chapter in his life. Thank you guys so much for letting us be part of your journey and to show us many lessons, it may be silly or pretty informative but it truly taught me something. I hope Anthony and everyone else do well for themselves and their future ahead of them, and for everyone here in the comments, I hope you all do too.
After all of these years
I discovered this channel in 10th grade. I was 16 and somehow stumbled upon you. I’m now 20, and just finished my second year of uni. It’s a bittersweet ending that this channel is coming to an end. I grew up with you and I honestly don’t know what i’m going to do without these videos to watch. Thank you for everything

As someone who teaches full-time at a university, just wanted to say thank you for really making the most out of your time at Rutgers and showing others how to do it. I’m sure many students and future students have been inspired to take life by the reins in college with other people by all your shenanigans. Hope that your next adventure fulfills you even more!
This is the end of an era. I rarely get emotional for these things but i’m pouring like a fountain, i can’t envision a world without my weekly college buddy. It’s been 5 months and I still can’t get over that he left. I started watching him in 9th grade and now i’m a junior graduating early from high school. I'm actually going to cry because this channel was what kept me going. Whenever I had a hard time at school, it was there to keep me from feeling sad. This channel was a sort of life lesson to me, and I thank Anthony for all his videos over the years.

I’ve always been unsatisfied with my friendships and I didn’t know what was missing. But when I watched Anthpo and his friends I realized what was missing. It was the ability to have confidence in a friendship. Confidence to be vulnerable and to do goofy things. I search for those qualities in friends now, and watching Anthpo has really inspired me. Also seeing such a diverse group of friends made me super happy. Watching Hanbon, a Filipino-American, made me feel… seen? I’m not sure how to describe it, but it was such happy feeling seeing someone like me in media. I’ve never been so impacted by a RUclipsr before. I've been going through a really rough time with school and being isolated from a lot of my friends and really not being able to do much but these videos? watching all of you do crazy shit but also having a really deep friendship? it's really kept me going and kept my hope for my future alive. because seeing people just go out and get the most out of their lives makes me have hope that things will get better and has really inspired me to just go do a thing with my friends if i have an idea that I want to do. so all this is to say. I was in my senior year of High school when I found out Anth Po and during COVID 19 lockdown I used to tell my friends, look at Anthony, I want us to be like his friends group. Presentation nights, Game nights, doing whacky stuff I want to do that. I want friendship goals. Needless to say my friends did not keep up their word. I found out Anthony is going to stop making his RUclips videos and I was like no man, he's the motivation of my college life. He's the inspiration of friendship goals I wanted. I always thought Anth Po channel is going to be there till I graduate college, but I respect the idea of Anthony of all good things needs to come to an end. Will miss you a lot Anthony 💖💖
Honestly, I'm proud of Anthony for deciding to quit. Most people give into the hype and continue uploading until they die from irrelevancy. But Anthpo wont die. It's gonna stay in the hearts of the fans, the OGs who have watched since the beginning (like me lmao), the fans who joined along the way, the fans watching this video, ready to say goodbye. I discovered this channel in year 10 in 2019, when I was so unsure of whether life really had that much to offer and if things would get better. I can safely say, as a second year university student, they really have. This channel has been a place of such comfort for the past 4 years, and it feels so surreal to know that even though it's ending, we're all going now to experience the incredible things life has to offer for each of us on our own journeys.

I'm a high school senior about to graduate in exactly two weeks, and about to move to university in August. Without getting too parasocial, this channel really meant a lot to me, and provided a fantastic model for how time in university should be spent: with close friends, doing stupid shit, and making the most out of any given situation.

This channel made me realize that this is exactly how I want to live the rest of high school and collage. How I want to spend my days before I have to be an adult in the real world- I wanna do crazy things with my friends and simply savor the moment. Genuinely grieving over these last few uploads because it hurts to say goodbye to something you so deeply love. I know I'm late to comment but I am so proud of all you have accomplished Anthpo and everyone. I remember seeing your first few college experience videos when they came out and I wished that's what I could experience too. Fast forward to now and I have 2 more years left of college, I have not experienced or planned anything in the scale that you have by far. But you have taught and reminded me to treasure the memories with the people I have grown with. I still am and will always be jealous that you have such a large friend group that truly care for each other. I think you all have found a genuine bond and it is beautiful. Im having to say goodbye to a lot of people too! My senior year of high school is wrapping up in about 2 weeks. I wouldn’t have enjoyed high school nearly as much as I did if not for my friends. They’re all sweet and kind and absolutely hilarious! They made me into the person I am now, and I’m beyond grateful for that. I feel like I’ll never be able to truly express my absolute adoration for them, but I’m trying! And the way you and your friends show love just reminded me a lot about my own experiences! Thank you anthpo, and enjoy your post-RUclips life!

It’s sad everything is ending after 4 years of watching this channel from Perry the Platypus, to hosting a award show. This has been an incredible channel and I’m glad to see it all. I’m sure we will all miss this channel but all good things must come to an end. Thanks for all of the laughs Anthpo and your friends.
It sucks that it’s ending, it really does. This channel has been such a comfort for me the past few years. It never fails to bring a smile to my face, and make me excited for what my future holds. Saying goodbye really does feel bittersweet, and a part of me wishes I never knew about this channel, just so I wouldn’t have to say goodbye today. But, I can’t change the past, and as much as it hurts to say goodbye, above all I’m just glad it happened. I’m graduating high school in about 3 years, and as much as I’m terrified of the prospect of college, it’s channels like this that make me equally excited for it. In the end, life will go on. I wish the best for everyone in the Anthpo channel, really and truly. Goodbye, thank you all for everything.

I was shivering the whole video. I can't believe that it is all ending. I don't like writing comments, but for this channel i will make an exception. When Josh talked and Skylar took microphone, my eyes started watering. I couldn't bring myself to stop the tears. Then Gavin read the thing, and that was end. I was in tears all over my face. Is this the end, or just a new start? I love every single one of these people and i will love them forever. I am struggling with depression for quite sometime, but everytime i watched a video of you guys, you made me smile no matter how bad i felt. Im gonna miss you so much and i wanna thank Anthony for doing this. He probably won't see this comment, but it doesn't matter. Waiting for tommorow to say last goodbye. Even if it is ending, i was happy until the very end. I love you guys and appreciate you for helping me in my life, i will never forget these people. I've been here since the almost beginning from when I was twelve and two years later, I'm about to be 15 in a month. I practically spent my middle school years watching this and to think it's already over. I mean I always knew this was coming but I never thought it would get here so soon. Thank you for building my excitement for college and not making getting older so scary anymore. 3 more years and I'll be in college and I'm nervous, but I can't help but wait for perhaps building friendships like these along the way.
