My Wife and I were in Benidorm last year for the first time and loved it, so much that we are going back again in September. We have been around the world but honestly love the feel in Benidorm. Absolutely love your videos. You are a true down to earth couple enjoying your holidays and my wife and I are roughly the same age so watching you 2 is great and you’re both hysterical 😂. Keep posting please 🙏.

Benidorm looks a pretty smart place these days.
Very enjoyable to watch guys. If you want a small beer you can ask for una caña (pronounced oona canya), or for a pint you can ask for a una pinta or una maceta (pronounced oona peenta/matheta). Look forward to seeing what else you get up to.

Have a great time. My Daughter is out there now and its been really hot, they fly back Wednesday so they will miss the festival. I stayed there for 5 weeks 8 years ago and we saw the festival and loved seeing everyone in fancy dress , they looked amazing. Wish I was there love it. If you want a traditional Roast go to Sherry's Bar and run by a northern couple, its one of the best places to eat and very reasonable,

Loved this. 😁👍 didnt get to Benidorm this year for fiesta, but was there last year & the year before. We always stay in old town love it there. And its crazy when fiesta is only firecrackers & bamgers going off all dsy & night. The Spanish certainly know how to party. 🍺🥃 theres literally 100s of peñas when the fiesta is going on. (The big groups of Spanish that take over a bar or cafe for the week) and they party all night. There was one group last year still singing & playing music at 5am. 😂 bloody love it. Looks like you had a fab time.. Did you make it to Heartbreak at the end. Great bar with some great bands on. Theres another fab bar in the old town called Pig & Whistle they hsve some good rock bands on in there. 🎶🎸🎤🤘😁🍻

Hi. My parents from Bootle owned the building next door to the tapas bar "Taberna Saloki" you visited on Tapas Alley from 1987-2004. It was called Restaurante Novelli's then. It's a beauty parlour now. I worked in there from age 14. Nice to see it's still there and vibrant. There were many English bars around there 30-40 years ago. I left the area 20 years ago. Nice to see it.
I have just got back 2nd week this year. Benidorm has something for everyone. Levante Beach is the show / Brit side. Go to the Poniente beach it is the other side of old town. More Spanish on that side. But each to there own we are older. Something for all ages.

Having worked with Spanish men fifty odd years ago, I can just imagine them saying: There's another lot of clart eads from England coming to get drunk and start shouting: but in Spanish. They don't know that we're not English but Yorkshiremen. Yorkshire is a country, we don't have counties, we have Ridings, North, West and East. I remember the Spanish complaining about yobbos going over to Spain and making a nuisance. Some of them were livid. I worked with a Spanish Waiter who thought that a Yorkshire accent was hilarious. I used to say a phrase from the television adverts for tea, "Hey boss that's papered overt door." And he would collapse in an uncntrolable fit of manic giggles and absolutely crying his eyes out, in a busy restaurant too. It worked every single time. I've never been to Spain, I would have been embarrassed because of the horrible scrubbers from Britain who vomited every single night and wrecked the place.
