THANK YOU! I will now save hundreds of dollars for the diorama ideas I have that would cost me a lot to buy them custom. Learning how to do the brick wall was something I wanted to learn. The rest is easier to improvise 🙂
I found out about your channel yesterday and I'm already digging it! I've been into miniature painting, and now that I'm collecting action figures again (I haven't collected from 2009 to 2019) it's a great time to learn how to craft my own dioramas. Thanks a lot for these videos!
@Mario Van you got that right no one cares, has nothing to do with the video! And your fake account to reply as well as if it working ain’t scamming anybody! lol
Sure thing, actually I do have more shots of this on my instagram , you can check em out there, sorry I didn't attach it to this video because I only took some extra shots of this weeks after the video was uploaded
Hey hey my man, thank for being here since the beginning, will be back with more videos, mostly filmed and still waiting to edit, will try not to rest too long this time 😓🤣
Yes you should, it is so convenient to use, and make sure you print them in A2 or you will suffer, I use to snap pics with laptop screen to A4 to A3, at the end A2 will save alot of trouble, print the basics would do, city scene / galaxy / clouds
Awesome. Thanks for doing this, I learned a ton and the way you lay it down at the end as though the camera was looking up is genius, and the little angle you put on it is a nice effect.
Hehe thank you for your kind words my brother, this is the only way to get your figures climbing on a wall without using a stand, haha anyway glad u enjoy it, appreciate you watching, thank you so very much 🙏🙏🙏
Not for nothing but you could have done a black wash before you painted the bricks.. let dry then dry brush the brick color.. will save a ton of time also looks more realistic... also what I have been doing is using quick patch for patching dry wall and putting it on then wiping off to give it a REAL brick all look... it’s also a lot faster and the results speak for themselves
Hmm thanks for the tip, yea and I have heard of that method as well but never applied it..🙏 will try to do that if I have another brick related video 🙏🙏
Hi there. Years ago i did a wall diorama but dont remember the size of the bricks in scale 1/12, i saw you say you use 2cm x 0,5cm but it looks more big to me in the video, thats right?
This is a question I have been asking around as well, I seem to get alot of different answers, which is why now what I do is measure by an action figure's foot, one foot equals one brick, by estimation, haha
I had this same question once, I think the only way to make it happen is to literally use a normal bendable straw, but know this, you won't be able to get the "L" and "T" connectors
Hey brother, thank you for your generous "yes" hahaha appreciate it alot, more contents coming up soon, will be editing all the videos I've been filming these past months
Very nice, I try to build my own as well, where did you get that foam tho, and have you ever built a danger room, I built mine last year but after seeing your tricks and tips I feel I can do better, thanks
Awh thanks for your nice comment bro, anyways danger room has always been my plan but never came around to do it, maybe will do it soon, but yea I got my foam from a place called ArtFriend in Malaysia, it's the best foam I can get here, I cant get access to blue foam here, we have it but it is very damn expensive
@@PatrickOhm I'll look into using that foam, but yeah once I finished my danger room it started getting really hard not to stop and take a moment to pose an xman, hope you get around to making it, I subscribed to ur channel and look forward to ur content, thanks again
Depends on where u are from, I got them from an art store near my place, I'm located in Malaysia, but if you are from the US, I suggest u get blue foam instead, that is the best
Patrick Ohm appreciate it!! After I asked I saw your Green Goblin glider video and put two and two together haha. I’m starting work on a diorama soon so all of this helps out a lot.
Hello! Great video! Can you post some links of the products you use so I can get a better idea of the quality and type of product? Would be very helpful!
Problem is I got my stuff from the dollar store and there is no specific link to what I use, my video concept is to use cheap everyday products to create dios 😁🙏 but however if I do come across any links to what I'm using, I will be sure to add a link, thank you for watching and thank you for the suggestion 🤟🏻🤟🏻😁😁
This is really well done! I made my first diorama tonight, and I'd really like to share/ get some feedback. I'm hoping one day I'll be able to make them as high quality as you!
First off, I love your content. I’ve watched most of your videos. The THP foam you use looks like a great foam to work with. Does it go by another name? I can’t seem to find it.
So sorry bro, I dont think there is another name for it, but I use that foam only because it is the easiest best foam I can find in my area in malaysia so I have no choice but to use THP, but however if you are located in the US, u would suggest u to get blue foam instead, and thank you for watching my videos, I really really appreciate it 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Patrick Ohm Thanks for the reply and the recommendation. It’s a real pleasure communicating with you. Your work is so dope! Thanks for the inspiration!
@@yangarif hahaha it is all about estimation bro and i get what u mean, haha maybe you can try something that i do, for example if you want to know window and door height, try measuring yourself to a door and that way, you can get a better estimation =)

Cool. What do you call that straw connector and where to get it? Thanks
Pretty dope! The way the video is put together made it seem very easy.. the process of it being made looks good.
Hey thank you for your kind words buddy
What color paint did you use for your brick wall?
I am using a premixed color, basically what i did was mix 20% black with 80% orange and keep adding white till I get the tone I want 😄👍🏻
Nice I’m trying to do this for my sixthscale figures haha
Welcome back and awesome tutorial as always 👍👍👍

I’m gonna start my first diorama this month, any tips?
Would suggest you try out brick wall first, once you get the hang of it, you might be able to create more other stuff
What size balsa wood is that
Love it! Still learning how to make dips only made one so far. But where did you get the sky back ground from? Is it just a print out?
yes just a print out, found them in google. just hav to search for clouds and change your settings to "large file" or "HD" before saving/printing =)
I liked this one.

What are the pipe /straw connector things called lol ?
Great job! What did you insert into the wood, those metal looking pieces?
Those are corkboard pins, because glue takes very long to cure and dry, chose this method to make things quicker hahaha
