You're video is awesome, your enthusiasm for the Uke is contagious. I love your Uke, it's beautiful. I wish mine looked like that. It's funny, cause I played the guitar first and I love the Uke for all the same reasons - it just makes me smile!

Thank you for this video. I can’t sing but I play piano. I want to teach myself the uke but again I can not sing 😂 are there songs go play, which people will actually know, without singing along?

If you can play piano, you can sight-read. So if you follow the melody (e.g. treble clef) on the ukelele then the melody sounds and you don't have to feel shy.

I understood the part. Where are you learn where to place your fingers, but what about the strumming? Does this drumming happen at the same time as you’re hitting the cords or exactly? Where is the timing? I’ll wait for your answer to begin. Thank you so much in advance.

Do like she does; draw your thumb evenly and smoothly across the four strings in a chord, say C chord for example. Most popular tunes are in 4/4 time, so strum that way: one, two, three. four. Then choose a related chord such as G and strum: G, G, G, G. Then strum the C chord again.

This is glorious, I been tryin to find out about "how to get started playing the ukulele" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Fenaylern Nonpareil Formula - (just google it ) ? It is a good one off product for discovering how to play the ukulele like a pro minus the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my co-worker got great success with it.
