Hi, when I run the "test" stage, terraform replaces resources from the "dev" environment instead of creating new ones.
Can you help me to understand why this behavior?

for Common variable group, should their be a hyphen before 'dl' at the end of "learn-devops-$(Environment)dl"

I don't think "-" is required.
Before the interpolation we need -, but after the interpolation we don't need it i guess.
