How do i clean the chemical solution tank with the pulsafeeder attached to the top of the tank? Am i supposed to turn off or unplug the pulsafeeder before dumping and cleaning the tank? I have searched high and low for a video or explanation. I know how to clean the tank itself, just need some guidance on what to do as far as the pulsafeeder itself goes. Any assistance would be great.

I was just told that the spring #54 Part# J38985 was NOT needed...???
I completed the assembly and awaited priming by opening up the #49 bleed valve, after 3 mins I realized that it wasn’t going to work, so I closed the bleed valve and disconnected the #52 discharge tube and held my finger over the outlet, and to my surprise the pump started to prime itself, liquid shot out under good pressure from underneath my finger but as soon as I removed my finger the Liquid STOPPED flowing out under pressure. I disassembled the #42 Discharge Valve and noticed the #54 Spring was MISSING. I was told by the company that it was NOT needed.
My guess is that you once the Liquid comes up out of the #49 Bleed Valve(with it closed) using your finger to create back pressure(#54 springs job), you must fill the discharge tube manually with liquid(because air compresses, Not liquid) and attach the #50 injection fitting, the one way valve in the injection fitting with SIMULATE your finger(#54 springs job)creating back pressure.

    How about priming the sob?

Priming requires back pressure, via your finger etc.
Do not completely block off the flow with your finger, allow a small crack for the liquid to escape.
