पहाड़ी राज्यों में कुदरत आफत बरसा रही है। भारी बारिश की वजह से उत्तराखंड में जन जीवन अस्त-व्यस्त हो गया है। कहीं बादल फटने से तबाही मची है तो कहीं भूस्खलन ने लोगों की परेशानी बढ़ा दी है। प्रदेश में भारी बारिश के कारण आपदा जैसे हालात बन गए हैं. केदारनाथ यात्रा के पैदल मार्ग पर बादल फटने से मची तबाही के बाद चार धाम यात्रा रोक दी गई है। केदार घाटी को पूरी तरह हाई अलर्ट पर रखा गया है।
