Injured leg filming in summer time and it’s flared up again. Shorts starting on 10th of December until mid Feb with a 9 part series in January which is the one I injured myself at. First was torn hamstring then akles tendon. Am spending the off season in the gym, havnt been to a river in months.
so can anyone explain county for county what the bylaws are seams frigging rediculouse the current national laws,in ireland we need to get across the fact ireland belongs to the people not the frigging national clonglomerits that prospect we need to get this issue sorted the gold does not belong to government but the people of ireland we are an unregulated republic not a regulated republic,,the gold in ireland belongs to the people of ireland not the government or the bloody conglomerits that have special dispensation, Flour Gold is produced from many millions of years created by the constant rock tumbling that takes place in our seas,streams,creeps,rivers its then brought to shore as black sand, We are not commercial prospecting we are sifting and recycling prospecting is when you dredge or hack at the facial mountainside, Rivers streams creeks beaches is a method of sifting and recycling where a small bilg pump supports water recycling thus not damaging or poluting,, We need to get new constructed laws for creative leassurely pursuits that supports driving the economy not destroying the fundamental right to prospect at a leisurely scale that allow everyone to enjoy such pursuits,. The gold does not belong to irish government it belongs to the people of ireland,,its time we got this across don't let government destroy our past heritage a fundamental freedom to leassurely pursue this fun leassurely activity, Ireland is loaded with treasures in abundance from sifting for flour gold to metal detecting its a super duper way to be constructive keeping the treasures found to bring alive our past history creating a vault of airlooms for future generations to learn from and enjoy.
The rules are the same county or country Pre 2014 we were’nt aloud to use a shovel and pan without a permit or mining license. If you go over the border there is no rules and you need permit from the crown which no one can get. I’m grateful we have rules we can stay within.
