Please answer my query on Hindu Marriage Act
Suppose a man do cruelty (anytype) and wife left home. Man go to court for Conjugal restitution, court denies as wife proved cruelty on her. Without wife man can't have child, without divorce man can't do second marriage . In this way man will be wifeless , childless , bachelor forever .
So now on which section of Hindu Marriage Act man can ask/take for divorce if wife is neither coming home nor giving divorce ?
Note:- I have watched full video playlist of Hindu Marriage Act , you don't ready queries in comment section . So I mention this unrelated question topic here . Please give answer with section applicable.
