Don't blindly apply or have your representing company blindly apply to be a guest on shows without knowing what you offer the show, why you are a good fit and what the show is about. So many random business guys asking to share with my audience with out having any specific idea on why it would benefit a personal development show or what my show is even about. You guys still putting out some of the best content in podcasting.
