I don’t know where you live but where I live, I never get store bought watermelon, I always buy from the Mexicans who sell fruit from their truck, the watermelon always has seeds.
I'm not sure why I'm just getting the notification for your comments, but the only time it's easy for me to find watermelons with seeds is during summertime. Any other time of year, it's impossible.
