Once we have checked the normal Anatomy and the US evaluation of medial ligamentary complex of the ankle, next step is a review of these ligament injuries. In this video we will describe and show each fascicle affection with Ultrasound. First deep layer, second superficial layer and finally some commonly associated injuries.

muy buena la charla, muy gráfica buenos casos tengo duda donde marcas en complicaciones asociadas el retinaculo flexor adyacente al tibial posterior, para mi marcas y medis la grasa del TCS, el retinaculo se identifica profundo normal con un patrón fibrilar normal en el primer caso en el caso que mostras lesión, francamente esta engrosado e hipoecoico, muy buen caso. repito excelente charla. @drbarousse

Hola Rafael, tienes razón, en el video se ve claramente afectado el retináculo pero la imagen fija no es la mejor, y lo que estoy señalando no es el retináculo si no líquido en TCS, en el mismo caso si que estaba afectado el retináculo parcialmente pero en este corte en concreto esta bien, gracias por darte cuenta.
