I generally don’t comment of the educational videos on YT. But if I’m commenting, the shit is really awesome. I was so scared of Apoptosis, that i even decided to skip it for my exams. But after watching this video, the mechanism of apoptosis is very clear to me now. Thank you sir 🙏🏻.
Excellent explanation. It is important to mention that the dysfunction of apoptosis mechanisms can be key in the development of various diseases, such as cancer, neurodegenerative diseases, and autoimmune diseases. Additionally, it is interesting to consider how alternative mechanisms of cell death, such as necroptosis, pyroptosis, and ferroptosis, are intertwined with apoptosis. Necroptosis, a type of programmed cell death that occurs when apoptosis is blocked, is involved in inflammatory diseases. Pyroptosis, associated with inflammation and the activation of inflammatory caspases, plays a crucial role in immune responses. On the other hand, ferroptosis, a mechanism of cell death dependent on iron, has recently been linked to pathologies such as neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. All these mechanisms of cell death are essential for understanding the cellular processes involved in clinical pathologies.
I'm currently preparing for my Professional exams(400 lvl MB) for pathology and pharmacology, i'm going through your videos again as a part of my study material. You are the best, Thank you so much Sir..
im coming from country who dont use english as daily basis, so its difficult for me to listen and understanding something in english . you should turn on the subtitle, it would make me easier to understand. at least i can read it.

I'm sure your video is very good, but I couldn't understand the words you were saying. I got a few words but your accent is so heavy that I just couldn't get it. I am so sorry.
I wish you taught pathology at my school. I had no idea that Caspase was a mashup of 3 different things, crazy!
