Hi my brother
Larry Bird my all time favorite player..he was incredible. To me he is the greatest all around player of all time
"There's only one man that can guard me, and that's God." ~ Larry Bird. 🤣😂🤣😂
God bless
I saw Bird play his whole career, i saw Jordan play his whole career. Jordan was unstopable, but Bird was unbelievable! He just did things that you could not believe, he is still the smartest most clutch player to ever play! Larry Legend will aways be my GOAT. and it's not even close!
Bird and Magic were the greatest I ever seen play the game of basketball....they were the most technically sound players... really high basketball IQ's....Dr.J and Moses were the most graceful... those two guys demanded respect on the court.. I miss those days 👍
I think Larry took advantage of the fact that he was slower and couldn’t jump as high. The other team got down court faster but he could see their set up. Someone could jump higher but when their feet left the floor they had little control of their body while Larry still had his feet on the floor and complete control of his body. He could fake out the other team because he was a great shooter and a great passer. He was a great leader because he made sure his teammates had time with the ball and scored. The defense didn’t know what Larry was going to do but his teammates seemed always ready for what he could do. Just because he could make a shot didn’t mean he wasn’t going to pass the ball to you.
I'm from NY (Queens) but I hated the Knicks.....The Celts and Bird were it for me. He is still my G.O.A.T. for more than just his unassuming excellence in every strategic aspect. He is as dangerous off ball..
