Terri, may this comment bring you encouragement… God is using the simple things to confound the wise and we, as subscribers and listeners, are so fortunate to hear the power of these “easy to do” practices that will yield a significant result. You are serving your Heavenly Father very well and serving God’s people well with a very evident sincerity of love. Another point about the Biblical comparison to the palm, as one who lives in Florida, is that the planted palm tree has a unique growing process on three stages: 1. Sleep (or I like to say “keep”) 2. Creep 3. Leap In the implementation of these easy practices, it is also easy to give up in the “sleep” phase, thinking nothing is happening or then become discouraged and give up in the “creep” phase, especially when surrounded by others who are experiencing rapid growth. But if we remain faithful in these various stages, as you have, we will have the expected surprise of the phase of growth the palm tree eventually enjoys - the Leap! We thank you for continuing to encourage all of us in who are in various stages of growth and may God continue to richly bless you with abundance that adds no sorrow!
I'm on Chapter 5 of The Alone Advantage and loving it. For the Clean "Up" chapter, I loved reading how Terri's Mom went from old maternity clothes to nicer ones, just by this simple principle. God recently told me to clean up and it led to a tremendous, unforseen miracles! I love that we cannot forget all throughout the book, we're going nowhere but "Up"! 😄
@Nirakia Hello, the first time I did it years ago, I was under a spirit of depression and financially broke- I "found" $500 in my room in forms of cash and uncashed checks. The solution was literally under my nose, on the other side of obedience. Recently, I experienced better sleep, peace, protection from illegal attacks. God told me certain opportunities only came because of me doing the simple act of cleaning. I was given 5 illegal eviction notices- all overturned and the people who gave them replaced. When I slacked on cleaning, Leasing barged in illegally, so it's become like a Covenant of Protection for me, and a reminder what can happen in disobedience, until God moves me to a higher plane in life. The strange thing is about two weeks ago before I even knew you existed I had taken it in my mind that I had to clean up my house room by room and then deep clean each room after they were tidy.

She admitted even though she is in her second marriage she still thinks of her first husband. I told her you can recover but you have to do something about it! Listen to Terri! My bedroom will be my next task. This is where I want to spend time with God and he doesn't want a mess! I have your vision board course I just got it yesterday. I'm so excited and I'm reading the first two chapters before I play the first step. So when I went to sleep last night I had this dream about Japan! It was so beautiful just like I remember the pictures and the TV show that my mom used to watch about Japan and before she died she said she wished she would have gone. I had forgot all about MY dream of going to Japan also, until I started thinking about the dreams and what I want to do! I'm not going to worry about the finances right now. I have no debt but I also don't have much money at all. I believe God is going to help me figure that part out So I ordered a bunch of travel magazines and information about Japan today! These will be some of the things I'm going to be including on my vision board! So thank you Terry so much for everything. I wake up excited about everything now. You should so be so proud that you are pointing people in the right direction. Because there are many people that are alone. This book "The Alone Advantage" made me realize that is actually a precious gift. it's just what you do with that alone time. When I come out of my place I feel restored I feel as if I have spent time with God. I have done things that I am proud of. And it actually shows in my attitude. So I still cannot thank you enough.
