Well done! For the water, take a plastic straw you can put in a pocket/waistband whatever, but with a straw you can drink the water really easy while still running! And keep the straw for the next stops, haha.
When you were telling at how annoyed you are with Alex alarm's sound so you set his time to a little bit later so you don't wake up feeling annoyed!! I cracked, can't believe we feel the same way!! xD
Good God you are brave eating lentils & black beans the night before a race. Marathon runners don't pee our pants we would poo our pants eating that! Might have something to do with your gastric issues during the run.
hahaha i don’t get tummy issues from lentils or beans because i eat them regularly, turns out i got my period the next day, my tummy issue was pre-menstrual cramps yay ❤️🔥

Marathons are 42.2kms btw not 25km, 25km is considered just over a halfa.
