CZECH SERENADE, 2021

In collaboration with the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in New York, the Salon de Virtuosi is delighted to present a special concert, Czech Serenade, recorded live at the beautiful Bohemian National Hall, 321 E. 73rd Street in New York.
The concert features performances by the young American cellist Derek Louie and the exciting Czech jazz vocalist Martina Barta in an uplifting program ranging from beloved works by Czech composers, including Martinu and Dvořák, as well as jazz favorites and popular tunes.
Derek Louie, a rising star and winner of the Camerata Artists International Competition 2021 among other awards, will be appearing with pianist Noreen Polera.
Martina Barta, the winner of numerous national and international competitions, will be appearing with pianist Francesco Pollon from Italy.
