Thankyou so much☺️ I can't give you the answers as to what they ask because every interview is different but my best advice would be, go there being yourself and really let your passion for the job shine. Research general interview questions for this particular job role, know the job role inside and out! The videos on RUclips are really helpful and Google in general but mainly just use your knowledge of what you already know and that comes from having the passion. Research the company you're applying for the job with as well 😊 I really hope this helps and I'm wishing you all the luck in the world 😊

Thank you so much for these videos. I know not everyone passed it but Ik it helps most improve and develop them to try harder and learn more to get it on the next one I was lucky to pass mine with your videos and I’m 19 with no college education so remember that if you think you don’t have a chance with only having minimum requirements needed. I studied for 3 weeks for this it took so much effort and time to learn and memorize to everything that I had from his videos and other things that I learned keep moving forward and never stop learning because never think you don’t have change because other people thought i didn’t but still achieved it go to you all. I hope this motivates you guys keep pushing forward.

Hi Richard. I have been studying many of your videos for Management. I had to wright a 500 word personal statement incorporating many of the Civil Services behaviours. I worked very hard watching your videos on all the Civil Service behaviours and made many notes. I then used these to write my Personal statement. I got through the sift and have now been offered a Management position. I’d like to thank you very very much for all your amazing advice and examples. @@CareerVidz Richard I have 2 important questions.
Is this interview for the ARC or RAD. Because since 2018, they changed it from The RAD to ARC, and the compentices are different- so I am just checking which one this is for.
Also a year a go you made an interview and questions answers on the ARC.
I want to decide which one to purchase. Either this one, or the other one you made last year.
Which one do you think would help the most to pass?

I have a interview for a federal prison on Thursday.
I was kinda nerves because I wasn’t sure exactly what questions they would ask.
This absolute spiked my confidence on what they may ask me and how I can best answer this.

@@CareerVidz It went well, I passed the physical and nothing in my investigation or interview disqualified me today. On Wednesday I have my in person psychological interview, then I was told I will know if I get the job in 2 to 4 months. It’s a long process but I’ve enjoyed it. and it has been a great learning experience at the age of 44 having only gotten my high school equivalency at 42 I am proof it’s never to late.

Hi Eric I have my interview tomorrow, as you are doing yours today I just wondered if you have any tips or what may have gone on in your assessment. E.g the role play and interview as it is online isn’t it?
@Kenan Ridgway there was 8 questions and out of those questions only 2 were a little similar to the interview, hope I did good, just speak with your heart and good luck. I have another interview tomorrow as well with another county. Hope I can land I least 1 of them.

I have been doing cpo interviews and have not pass for almost 4 time now , this is my 5th one please this is one of the questions that gives me issue
1. Write a detailed report of a time where a colleague was being culturally insensitive, sexist, racist, or homophobic and how you handled that situation.
The key is to demonstrate your ability to handle such situations with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Remember to focus on your actions and the positive outcome, and be sure to respect confidentiality and avoid revealing sensitive personal details about the individuals involved.

Points to remember:
- There is a risk that you will be assaulted. Although prison officers have the same right not to be assaulted at work as everyone else, it is a possibility that you must be prepared for.
- You may be required to do shift work. Make sure you mention any relevant experience.
- Prison officers need to be able to think on their feet.

What should I do if my interviewer is a woman
Do nothing. Does it make a difference that the interviewer is a woman? It should not matter.
You don't need to say you've read the job description, they would know that from your answers.
