I totally agree with you. Bhatbhateni has worst employee. A month ago I had to exchange grinder because it doesn’t work at my home so I told them to exchange But the manager was like talking so rudely and telling we can’t do this and that.And I argue with her for a half n hour and exchanged it. They do not value customers.
Because they don't have राम्रो मान्छे they have हाम्रो मान्छे that's why employees are rude and mannerless
A few months ago, i didn't have cash, so I decided to pay online, but my data wasn't working, so i just let her know ekchin parkhinu hai but then she literally rolled her eyes vagawan wtf is wrong with their employees i felt so bad after that i don't wanna go there but at the end bhatbhateni is one stop service 😭
Spent 2 months in Nepal and shopped only at bhatbhateni for my groceries too. It was never a pleasant experience. There’s always these workers talking behind your back, passing comments, giving stares and what not! I can totally connect to you. I do not understand how these people get hired at bhatbhateni 😤 and thanks for sharing your experience it sort of felt like I was ranting along with you too 😂

Totally agree ! Few days back I was also told not film in Bhatbhateni and I had never been stopped before! And I was just filming a small clip . May be they are afraid their top secret product will be stolen or something ! The employees are mostly very lazy and if we ask for any product they will say " Chaina " without even checking in the first place. Only a handful of them are actually helpful . Being such a big brand they definitely need to work on customer service ! And why are the sizes of the shopping bags going smaller , like little before it used to be huge and good quality but now its so tiny ! I mostly carry my own bag but its super annoying to see.
I so agree with you. The customer service at Pulchowk wala Bhatbhateni is the worst. The staffs inside to the guard dais are so rude!
I had one of the worst experience at the parking of Pulchok ko Bhatbhateni. The guard was so rude there for nothing and was making comment on me wearing heels and riding scooty . Ugghhhh!!!
Totally agree Customer Service in Nepal is so bad. let's forget about earning money through tourism. Even bank haru maa pani people are so rude for no reason at all and start picking up fights with customers

pulchowk wala bhatbhateni is actually the worst. i recently saw these employees who took a bottle of moisturizer, applied it their arms and then put it back on the shelves and were yelling and rolling their eyes when someone called them out. not only half an hr later my brother was looking for a new body spray so he was basically pulling(and putting back in their place) quite a few and some other girl was like kinne haina bhane na nikalnu..like tf? how are u supposed to decide on the product when u can't even hold it , read labels? and this was only the latest trip.
its better to shop at ur local departmental stores. where i live, there's this small departmental store nearby,this place once ordered a specific type of barbeque sauce because a bideshi customer asked him to since he didn't like the american garden one. there used to lots of stuff there which u can't get in other major places either. the difference in customer care was a whole culture shock lol.

Hi Supriya, I used to drink jiban jal in summer days, they are the life saver , next time when you are getting it ask for lytchee flavor. They do have in 2 flavors orange and lytchee. Pharmacy near hospitals, u can find there
They act like that cause there is no competition so they don’t need to improve their services. We need more bigger supermarkets in Nepal
oh my god. Bhatbhateni should really shut down or work on their customer support department man. This is the issue everyone's facing with bhatbhateni these days. Every single person I know vents on how bad the customer service and staffs behave @bhatbhateni. I wish some other companies could come up with a bigger department stores & better customer dealing. Being the most famous shopping centre, Media should undercover these kind of stuff as well. Honestly, people are not shopping from bhatbhateni because they like the shop. 90% of the public is hating it. Its getting more worst day by day. But we still shop as there's no other feasible choice.
You are right. Whenever i shop in bhatbhateni for something specific they always say they don’t have it or ran out of it and the most annoying part is they don’t even look for it before saying chhaina.
You actually get flavoured ORS- jeewanjal in Nepal like terta packed apple flavor and orange flavour like real ko sano juice box type ani nowadays you get in bottle like little soda type in lime flavour amd orange flavour as well!! Kunai ni aausadi pasal like thulo type wala ma
Bhatbahteni doesn't value Customers. All the branches are like that. Everyone has experienced i rude behaviour from their staffs.
A couple of months ago I left 2k worth ko shoes there because they refused to exchange it claiming it had already been worn. We needed to exchange them because the size did not fit. On rop of it all, they interrogated us like criminals. Customer service in BBSM is an absolute joke.
I totally agreed. I went back to nepal in 2012. Omg, costumer services are so poor. They don't respect costumers. In USA, you get to greet by greeter in the main door and in check in line.

Hi Supra I always watch your vlogs as it radiates so much of positivity and radiance that brightens my day. But today's vlog was a bit different as you ended it up with a rant which is so relatable specially in a country like Nepal. I could so relate to you in every possible way. I have always lived outside Nepal and now that I am married, I finally got an opportunity to stay in bhatbhateni gives the worst services and despite of such service we have to go to such marts as there aren't a lot of options available. I don't get why are the staffs of Bhatbhateni upset 24/7, will it kill them if they great the customer properly ? anyway you have been an inspiration so update us with your daily vlogs love it

I really do agree with the customer service things in Bhatbhateni. I don’t know whose fault it is but they really need to work out regarding the customer service. I really had a bad experience where the employees were too rude, no any answers while asking about the products I’m looking for. Please do better I beg you guys. Thank you

one time I took a photo of the ridiculously large stuffed toys at bhatbhateni and the next day , I came back there was a huge sign that stated “PLEASE NO PHOTOGRAPHY” in the aisle where they’re located 😭😭😭😭

Support small business,i’ve stopped shopping at these big marts and bhatinis,over priced,shampoos,lotions haru pani sabai used huncha,bottle ma half,staff lai sodhyo vaney pani khai vanyo sakyo,saman sodhyo vaney chaina vancha. My hard earned money is not going to be spent on these arrogant service people,i’d rather buy from some local store 👍

I have been shopping in bhat bhateni since 16 years, never faced anything like that until 😅 I guess early in morning going to bhat bhateni isn't good idea , morning ma people go through lots of thing. So u should go to bhat bhateni after 9 am . It takes times for everyone to uplift their morning swings.

All the BhatBhateni's staff are like that, their facial expressions and eye-rolling when ask for something is extremely annoying. staffs are very unhelpful and rude.
