Neat test, and use of the timer. I have a few battery pack type devices (EcoFlow) and have done a test run for my fridge. Something I have done for yrs now, is I keep a gallon jug of frozen water in the freezer section of my fridge to help maintain some cold during an outage, and in the upright freezer in my garage I have three 1 gallon jugs of frozen water. On cloudy days where solar isn't available it's also a good idea to have a generator on-hand (+ extra fuel) to recharge the battery packs. Charging them via the 12v vehicle outlet will work, but takes a long time, and uses vehicle fuel in the process of the long charging time.

I see you got a video of LifePo4 charging Ebike battery a year ago.
LifePo4 battery is 12.8 volt battery.
If an ebike charger outputs 54 volts to charge ,would it damage the LifePo4 battery....

I do not use the ebike charger to charge batteries. These power stations plug directly into the wall. I have another charger for my trolling motor batteries that was made for LifePO4. Thank you for pointing out this issue.
