I first heard of Constanta from Panait Istrati's books. Always wanted to visit. The mosque, the seaside, the open air museum (reading a translation of Roman tombstones was one of the most interesting thing I have done in my life) were all very impressive. People were very friendly to us, and this was a very nice surprise considering our history, I was worried Romanians will be more hostile to us. Otherwise I found Constanta very calm and not busy at all. 100% would visit again and recommend. Actually all Romania is so underrated.

@@driveeurope You should also visit the beaches at Corbu or Vama veche, Costinesti, you had to see Mamaia resort. where you filmed was the old center
