@@Roangelenss First of all your grammar isn't bad try to capitalize the "i" to "I" when it's single and work on your sentence building everything else besides permission is written correctly.
Currently there have been videos of majority Israeli workers just abusing the rules since they funded the entire event, hence the reason they were allowed to stay Morrocan Oil is Israeli owned.
Further Joost his entire team was blocking them, informing them not to film him but they didn't care. The Israeli candidates also secretly filmed Joost just to annoy him like the petty kids they are because they wouldn't receive any consequences.
Basically they harrassed Joost, not only that day but multiple days of the event similar to other delegations like the Irish, Spanish and the Greeks. Joost isn't a guy you can control which they probably aimed for to get him disqualified.
Why is this disproportional? It's similar to a kid getting bullied in school during class and when said kid finally raises his voice or fist, who do you punish? The bully or the kid that's getting harassed and finally had enough. In this case the EBU protected the bully and instantly expelled the victim.
Since Joost spoke out against the Israeli delegation during the press, all the agitators (Journalists, Israeli team and the camera woman (Also Israeli)) pushed his boundaries until he made mistake on which they could severely punish him.
But yeah ask yourself, was this the best course of action? There are talks The Netherlands won't participate in Eurovision anymore and the NPO (biggest Dutch broadcaster) filed an legal complaint regarding the whole situation even the Dutch commentators and Dutch-Eurovision Director already said "F*ck EBU" due to his popularity Joost would've won and he's also Pro-Palestina regarding the ongoing Genocide.
Now as a country commiting war crimes, heavily media washing the Israeli reputation and denying the current events in Rafah.
It's pretty logical you wouldn't want a no care direct attitude Dutch guy that's gonna speak the truth during his victory speech w/o holding himself back. That combined with the ongoing protests around major universities in the West would destroy their entire plan to keep Gazacide hush hush and would invigorate more young students to stand up against tyranny.

We dont know what really happened. Ive Heard all kinds of things, that he hit her, threatened her, showed a vulgar gesture, all of that in just a few days. But the journalist kept on filming and then Joost made a threatening move or he pushes the camera causing it to break. So unfair for joost . He gor disqualified because he defended him self

Knight and Knecht used to be pronounced basically the same in Dutch and English. There are a lot of other words that were basically the same.

The worst thing about him getting disqualified is this was his biggest dream. For some background apparently his parents passed when he was younger and this was for them. I don’t watch Eurovision anymore because of how unfair everyone says it is each time. But that is just cruel Eurovision.
