Wrong, Pika Labs so no longer for free. They give you up and give you about 50 credits that you use up in about 5 minutes. And then you have to buy a plan, so you need to update this video
Initially, Pika Labs was completely free on Discord server. This tutorial also relates to that time. Afterwards, the Pika Labs web app was introduced and now it has plans. You should at least pay attention to the publish date of this video.
With text-to-speech services like elevenlab, you can create voices and synchronize it with video editing software. In upcoming tutorials, I will cover this topic in more detail.
