Great explanation, congratulations. One question, what is SMB?

You put most everything directly to aquaregia. When I try that I get metastannic acid to deal with. What a mess. Show us how to deal with that please.

Notice the abundance of neutralized nitric after. This is a dirty drop technique for those with cheap access to hno3. Good for mixed material. (Do not use on thick solid base metals with thin plating though it would be a waste)
If you can dissolve all the base metals and pgms without adding more nitric, you can drop the gold with the tin still in solution. Then filter that first dirty drop to refine.

During gold recovery, the presence of tin (stannous) metal and excessive addition of SMB often cause metastannic acid-like crystals to accumulate at the bottom along with gold drops. This is a very annoying problem in gold recovery. However, I have already uploaded a video to solve this issue. You can understand the entire process by watching this video.
