If when you do the vehicle recovery you get the van at the humane labs shoot all the enemies open the door then as you drive out drive back in and Merryweather bugger off like nothing happened there's a big tip for you Taco try it out it worked for me
The invite to closed friend session to get no cooldown doesn't work but invite to public session does work just like with pc
Does jumping from a crew only session to an invite only work?
Tip: you can change your session if you don't have good security contracts so if you're on in a public session you can go to a private session and it works other way around and if you don't like public go to invite only instantly
I swear I always get the ones I hate and they stay on the board for an hour.
You can just keep jumping from one invite to another invite only, you don’t have to go to public at all unless you just want to.

Super easy. Got to invite only. Complete it, set location to agency and once passed load public sesh and the immediately load invite only sesh and you’re golden. I always like to do things in invite only.

Griefers are beyond annoying.
Liquidize Assets can make it so you have no cops spawn as long as you stay in that lobby.. When mission starts find a police station that has cops and kill one get a wanted level and make sure you keep it. Then just do the mission as normal with out dying. When you are done you can get a wanted level but cops won’t spawn as long as you stay in that lobby. Which is great for doing Casino heists preps.
When you speed up by cutting out the footage, you should try fast forwarding the footage making it look like a timelapse. Those are satisfying to watch

I'm currently playing on my PS5 with the expanded and enhanced version, just went from Invite Only lobby to Closed Friends and the cooldown was still active.

I can confirm that swapping to public and back to Invite Only did work on all consoles PS5 version, PS4 version. Series XS version and the Xbox One version. I've personally checked all these.
This update is insane. I've barely been grinding and I've already made 4 million dollars. And unlike some other missions, these contracts are actually fun. Recover valuables + vehicles, rescue client and liquidize assets you can complete in under 10 mins

if you have a hanger, you can take the free heli and take it in your hanger and have a free heli... also that Jester that you steal has the stuff on the back window and it makes it bulletproof... I like the car and use it when I do the auto shop heists.
The Vanilla Unicorn contract is very annoying to me because of the shotguns. Damn they hit hard!
They can shoot you with pinpoint accuracy thru the curtains, and you can't see anything or shoot back. If you run thru, good chance you'll get immediately blasted by 6 guys, and because of the room layout, grenades you throw in often don't kill anyone due to them being behind cover. If anyone has a good strat for this one, please share. The best I've been able to do is run in and hope I can aim quickly in the main room. Maybe changing up the entrance may help?

To be honest, the best way I found to "skip" contracts cooldowns was actually doing the Dr. Dre missions and alternate them inmediatly: Security, Dre, Security Dre, Security, Dre and so on.
Because the time you take to complete either one is the time the cooldown has gone.
Don’t do asset protection or gang elimination or car recovery. Stick with rescue mission and recover valuables. Also if you are ceo you can spawn buzzard super close to you
gang elimination is super easy and fun if u go there with the rhino tank :) also with an opressor u can take out plenty of gang members within seconds. with your karim kuruma its easy also. car recovery is not so bad, but most of the time u r better to do the job in 1st person view when u r inside a building(i play with pc) these pay usually way higher than rescue, especially when doubled like this week. at least i prefer 120-140k more than 60-80. actually its a game, so just enjoy :)

Going from invite to closed friend session or closed crew session on Xbox DOES NOT skip the cooldown.
There is one Liquidize assets mission you need to be careful about spooking the target on. The game tells you to go to rancho, and the target is a guy on a motorcycle to follow. Do not spook him immediately if you are in a brand new session on your own. The dumbass will drive into the train that spawns down there(since you are the only one in the session the game will spawn the train by you) and he will get knocked off his bike and killed by the train and the mission will fail. Literally just had it happen.
Once you get on PS5, you'll have to start a new character, a good chance for you to do your own series starting as a level 1 to help guide the newer players. I've started recording one myself with my second character on PS5, man I tell you after 10 years in this game it's a different game when you start from scratch again 😂, it's not even the same game we started our original characters with 10 years ago 😂
buy it! you can also use it on auto shop contracts and enemies can't hit you from behind when you're in that car with louvre mods applied
before this weekly update my first money was the agency because easy 1m dr.dre mission didnt expect they did update 2x security contract so its double worth buy it 1st as money income
Don’t waste your money buying the cargobob, it’s not strong enough to pick up the truck with the monkey. I’ve tried it before it will hook the truck but it can’t fly high with it.
what i typically do is park my armored karuma out back , go through back door take out a few enemies then run around front and take everybody out. then when i have the loot i run back out the back door to the armored karuma. smooth sailing after that
probably should clarify that i did my first 200 security contracts before i had an oppressor or sparrow
Xbox series : going from invite only to friends session doesn't work, but invite to public works fine. And you can switch right back to invite if youn don't want to do the mission in a public lobby
I do all my missions with the camaro you don’t need a heli or a la oppressor yo do them any vehicle works I always use my Camaro because it’s fast and it’s fun to drive and I it’s a good vehicle
I suggest taking the agency chopper to just outside the client pick up zone, call in an armored karuma, take out the baddies and drive back to the safehouse. If anything, it saves a few bucks in kevlar.
I was using the armored karuma for the longest time, then switched to the deluxo, In my opinion the deluxo is ay better.

Im on Xbox series X playing on the old normal version of GTA 5 and going from a invite only to a close friend session did not work I still have the cooldown timer sadly😥

Me and my son were destroying the contracts , yes you have to own a facility to own a tank gang contract don’t even have to get out of the tank there’s only one mission you can’t use the tank gang on a boat, eat more taco’s

If you use the front door of The Vanilla Unicorn before going in shoot the door open and you can pick off 3 or 4 of the bad guys from outside before even going in.

How do you not own the Jester RR, it's like THE CAR for the Auto Shop Contracts (make sure to have the Rear Window Lourvers as they make you bullet proof from behind.

I am on PS5 and for me it works just as on PC, shift from public to invite and vice versa skip the cooldown
PS4, going from Invite to close friends still have a cool down.
1. Start on Invite only...get paid..then go to Public lobby..leave it, then go back to invite only..REPEAT
Ive been doing the switch lobby type for about 2 hours now, but i got a notification from my last mission.. 'Transaction failed due to too many requests from your game'.. Looks like R* is trying to nerf this method of making money fast :(

also the switching sessions thing for ps4 players just do the exact same thing as on pc it worked for me alot, so it should work for others.
If you have a Terrobyte you can get rid of police even quicker by spawning it and entering the side :)
I'm on PS4 and I tried swapping from invite to friends and it didn't work. It does work if you go from friends/invite to public. I also tried changing my mtu settings down to 800 from 1500 which makes it so you can't connect to other players causing you to always be in a public lobby by yourself. Even tho it was a "public" lobby it still didn't reset the cool down. I just try to do other things in the five minutes such as acid lab, night club popularity, source crates from the workers, payphone hits, and so on
It worked fine for me always clear your cache on console or nothing will work I play on PS4 and Xbox series s Ps5 I think in the new year

In vehicle recovery mission you just have to spam grenades . It's just so easy lemon squeeze ❤❤

I tried skipping in an invite only and i still couldn’t skip the cooldown it still wanted me to wait. Also the asset protection sucks the damn lost gang never leave my client alone and they kill me easily while my guns seem to be nerfed which i haven’t played the campaign in years and remember the players guns being at least 2X as powerful than the GTA players guns are
To skip the cooldown you need to switch between invite only and public lobby. And dont do asset protection it's too long.

For this mission the easiest way imo is to try and destroy the cars with an explosive weapon before the ennemies get out of them

No, only the CEO gets paid for the security contracts. Payphone hits pay them, but at a much less rate(assuming you get the assassination bonus, otherwise you both get paid$15,000)
