If you follow the steps properly, I'm sure the installation will be successful.
Step-1: How to Download Java
Open your web browser
Click on the URL: www.oracle.com...
Select your OS tab.
Find and click on the correct JDK download link right for your operating system.
It will download & save files to your disk.
Step-2: Install Java
Click to run the downloaded installer file
Just follow the prompt in the Installer window
Step 3: Test whether Java working or not
Open cmd, type javac or java --version

What are the different downloading options under windows indicates.. and why are you downloading x64 MSI installer ?
X64 for 64bit machine and mai is Microsoft installer
I just installed Java on my computer, but I only see "Reference Documentation."

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: hi
getting error done every step correctly!!
Your class name and file name should be same.
Also u need to start cmd from where u hv saved ur java file

I am using vs code......i also have downloaded the jdk version 20 but whenever i open vs code it always showing that "download and install java development kit" so what should i do now ??
