    A version that you could do is (if it works) is to raise the 4/8 homegrown rule to 25 homegrown to register a squad?
    You still get some business with up to 18year olds. Would be fun to see. If the clubs realize that and invest more in youth setups, farmer clubs etc

    seems FM24 loves Plymouth Argyle this year! In your previous experiment of swapping leagues, they rocketed up into the PL pretty quickly iirc

      I assume it is a bug that the ownership changes reset it. A transfer embargo is placed on teams until the takeover goes through, then lifted afterwards; so it must be lifting the existing ban in error.
