if you read this comment "so me"
with infinite villager tho, the true question is what kind of farms should they be employed at now?!
Fe farm
Iron farm (think it’s about time lol)
A trading hall would make sence.
For enchantments and diamond tools/weapons/armor.
I always move my villager at night with beds trough a tunnel. I don‘t trust the workstations 😅
@derp6466 bro what
Make a villager-powered carrot and wheat farm. Carrots make golden carrots, and wheat is used for animal breeding & mud bricks. I have found that carrots work well with the type of farm where the villagers toss food to another villager in a minecart, but gets eaten by a hopper instead.
Wheat is a bit trickier. You place hoppers under ~2/3 of your farm blocks and roll hopper carts diagonally into the farm blocks. This ensures that the wheat is collected before the villager gets it. The 1/3 of farm blocks that have no hoppers & hopper carts provide enough seed for the villager to replant. I am running 4x12 farms with cocoa beans planted along the outside rows for the alternating crop bonus. There are 2 bee hives at one end, aligned with the center row. At the other end are flowers to keep the bees constantly sprinkling the crops.
You can even place the bed so that the villager steps on a pressure plate every time he sleeps/wakes. The pressure plate can be used to activate a piston harvesting system for a bamboo/sugar cane farm. If placed well, it works as well as any system that requires Nether access to build. An observer placed facing the villager bed would be even more reliable than the light detector, because villager sleep cycles are not affected by rain and thunderstorms.
A wolf-powered wither skull farm would be cool.
Yes def need more build/build tip content! Love your style and creativity, keeps inspiring me to build up my base!
okay awesome!! great to hear thank ya!
I was wondering if you could make a playlist with step by step tutorials for each build youve made in the guide so if we wanna build any of them we can? I love your builds but struggle to replicate them only by eye, if i had a tut id be so happy.
I agree.
Villager sign be like 🗿🗿🗿
I love building in minecraft, but I also love the balance you have of farms, builds, exploring, etc.
The more u build the better you get. You have grown leaps and bounds over the years. Keep up the awesome work! Thank you.
It's been awesome watching his progress, hasn't it? The videos and the builds just keep getting better!
This is a reason I watch you I like the feeling of making a base feel like home complete and you do that beside maybe the unfished base 🤦
😅😅😅
I love building farms personally. I let my friends do the actual buildings. Your passion does come through with every video which is so inspiring to me. I love it
i love building in minecraft, that's the main reason why i play! i also noticed that i have been having more fun with it and more creative as well and i think it's because the more you build the more you develop your own style which makes coming up with build ideas way easier. also watching minecraft content like yours is very inspiring
The whole reason I started watching RUclips videos, other than specific tutorials, was to learn how to build. The more I watch, the more I learn, the closer I get to figuring out how I want to build up my own worlds. Your excitement does come through and is infectious. I love the balance you've developed of building, farms, and exploration.
1. BIG YES, your enthusiasm is one of my favorite things about watching your videos!
2. I LOVE building and would love to see more videos about building tips and tricks, as well as farming! You bring so much fun to every aspect of minecraft and your tutorials are always thorough but very easy to follow. I think you, Silent Whisperer, and Mythical Sausage are the only ones whose videos I don't have to scroll back and replay and go "wait, HUH?" to. 😅
Insane villager trafficing
Minecraft insanity
Yes, please do more builds! It's fun to watch, and great for getting ideas to try.
Your statues are awesome! I’d love to see some copper ones too, I think they’re so fun to watch age
the reason i suscribed to you and no other its because your chill aura and your building skills my brother in christ.
Best way to get a villager breeder, create a fake village off to the side and underneath a current village. Like as far down as youre willing to go. Set up all the makings of capturing baby villagers etc, and then boat the villagers from the OG village, boat free fall all the way down. Place them inside the villager breeder village and boom. Easy transport, easy way to get babies captured.
I just started playing Minecraft a few months ago and I love building! I'm just not very good at it so I'd love it if you made more videos on how to become a better builder.
It's been ages since I've played Minecraft, but I like to watch Wattles enjoying himself playing
That's what I loved about your 1.18 world-so many incredible builds. And some plot line with birb
Building tips are for sure helpful. I really struggle building so even if I never do it, I love watching other people build, I'm always left in awe.
that wolf armor going to be helpful for bonezo
i would love build tips, especially how to plan out the shape and size of a build. it's always hard to get started, the decorating is easier for me. love your builds wattles! can definitely tell you're super inspired, and it's inspiring me too
Been watching your guides for a few weeks now and have been enjoying them and I get the vibe you enjoying it too. I'm a novice when it comes to Minecraft but I'm defiantly learning watching your videos and have now built a few farms myself for the first time ever. I have so much to catch up on, heading to the end, the deep dark and so much more. With the new update coming to I feel the hurry to catch up...I'm just gonna take my time and enjoy it all. Would love to see some building tutorials that would be awesome
I followed your instructions to build this breeding syatem here and so far it's working great. I added a mechanism to let me flip a switch to block to stop/start the breeding.. I used the redstone light for the block to more so that it's on when it's not blocking & off when it's blocking them from the beds. It's working great. That was my first redstone contraption where I wasn't following someone else's plan for it. LOL
I love exploring, AND building both. They both have their place in minecraft. But definitely love getting more ideas from watching your builds.
Here's an Idea...
Turn the Cabin into the Storage Building (plenty of room in the basement) and then build yourself a modest (but awe-inspiring) living space floating directly over the ravine. Complete with switch-activated Trap Doors on the access Bridge to keep the monsters (and solicitors) out.
Nothing says Big Peacock Energy like a house that's floating over a ravine. :)
Also.. when I see that high roof with two big spaces on the sides.. I think... Monorail passthrough (like at the Disney Contemporary Resort in Florida).
I love seeing your build episodes where you explain your process and tactics...
I actually employed your "adding depth" and "breaking up textures" tactics when building a stone wall in my yard this summer!
Building content is definitely needed! Your builds inspire me on my server to beautify my areas
In Bedrock edition, villagers can claim a bed even if they can't path-find to it. They will not unlink from the bed even if they can't reach it at night. So three beds in the breeder will only ever get you three villagers at once.
Well, poop! I wish I would have read this before I made something similar. Thanks for the info!
So theoretically if you move a villager out and link them to a different bed you will produce a new one correct?

Yes to the building episodes. You inspired me to start a new world and make buildings for my farms. So much fun
The subtle “hey what’s up hello” at the beginning love it
More building content would be great! I love building stuff but mine always look so bad unless I follow a tutorial
Love you wattles. Just watched your potion video and you mentioned how much you wanted to build something like this to make a trading hall later. Im excited too. Ive played this game for years now myself and never interacted with the villagers. Watching luke the notable and also your series i really have some solid advice and strategies to implement into my new world. Thank you.
i like to build but i'm bad at it! i'm definitely improving but i need some pointers so yea please make build tuts!
but truly wattles, your vids are so nice and refreshing like there's just something about the whole mix of you actually loving to play minecraft with the epic commentary and spectacular editing,
ahh chef"s kiss!
I feel the same way. The current vids are great fun to watch
I definitely think you should do more teaching on how to build. I love building but I just have no idea how to do it and I always end up building the same kind of building even if I’m trying to do something different. I’m constantly inspired by your unique builds so keep doing what you’re doing!
I love your builds. Especially when they go around farms.
with just an tiny bit of additional effort (and materials), you can add a low-yield bonemeal farm to your breeder setup by placing a hopper underneath your composter pointing into a chest. you just have to make sure the farmer has access to the composter (can't remember off the top of my head if that slab on top blocks their ability to use it or not) and preferably is in a spot that they won't/can't trample the farmland by trying to jump on it. once the villagers get to the point to where they have more carrots in their inventories than it takes to breed, they will compost extra carrots and earn you a little bit of easy automatic bonemeal.
i usually try to build a villager breeder as soon as possible in my new worlds, so getting the slow-drip of bonemeal profits early on is quite nice.
I was never really into building, I’d usually dig a cave underground or in a mountain side and have that be my home but since I’ve started watching you a few years ago I’ve been inspired to start making building projects and adding details
I'm still the same as your old you 😅
I definitely want to see more detailed builds.
Long videos of building would be awesome. Like maybe a live stream video? Idk. But I love watching long videos.
This villagers barn fits perfectly with my farmhouse aesthetic on my island! Lol
I’d love to see more builds. I always want to build a lot of things, but since I’m not an experienced player, I tend to not see a lot of my ideas through. I think sprinkling in some build videos would be very helpful along with your existing content. Cheers
i need more guide content in my life
I started watching you because I was trying to figure out what to build in my survival worlds, so I would like to see more about building and how to build better.
i really want to become a better builder so building tips and techniques from my fav minecraft youtuber is always appreciated.
More building videos would be cool 😊
Yea I want more building episodes, I enjoyed this.
23:23 that sounds like a great and fun idea,so everyone can learn how to build, but you should still stick to the exploration and discovering new things
Can you do an outdoor/paths decoration tips video soon. also bonus build suggestion: auto composter system to get rid of all the pink petals you have.
I don’t remember you doing much fishing. But it’s a good way to gain XP and get mending. After a decent chunk of time you can get a leveled up rod.
Pull rates for mending is pretty good. You also get stacks of salmon/cod.
i have never considered the slabs on the roof for detail thing! thanks for that tip :)
Awesome! My village breeder is just trading with them etc. 2 at first then up to 20 fast. Old fashioned way is the best
Yes!! Build tips would be amazing! You are such an inspiration to my build style!
I'm in love with this new base and world cant wait to see where it will go next and next!
I like the idea of sharing build techniques
Being out of cobblestone is such a mood lately. All the mining gets done at deep slate level, so I now have chests upon chests of deep slate (Which is a beautiful block), but I need to visit my stone generator every time I want to make something.
For me, Minecraft is all about the building. When I play with my niblings, they do all the exploration and adventuring, and they bring me back the exotic ingredients I need to do my builds. Of course, they build too, and I do some exploring, but that's my preference.
Definitely keep doing builds. A villager trading hub would be awesome too!
Yes, please! I love your builds! some building tips or build tutorials would be awesome!!
The only thing about building roofs like that is that if you're not careful you'll create spawnable blocks. In long form worlds you'll tend to have spawn free areas, and roofs create nice spots for dive bombing creepers to spawn.
Yes, build tips and techniques would be great!
I watch because i enjoy the builds. i wish decorating the way you do would come naturally to me, but unfortunately i end up with a full plank house :p
Very keen on build tutorials/tips.
i LOVE your farms, but i think your builds are great too! i would love to see more. especially the builds that you put around farms are my favorite.
🌟 Every morning 1st thing I do once online I search for your New Vid notifications first. You're also the 1st I look to for new updates too. Your sense of humor is GREAT, your passion Infectious, and I LOVE following along with your builds. 😊
I want to see you do it all, but especially build. I take inspiration from your builds for my world. Thank you for doing this guide, it has motivated me to do more in my world
Idk about anyone else but to me, build basics and a detailing guide as 2 episodes would be warmly welcome IMO 🤷♂️
My favorite thing you ever said. “By the way that was an exception. I had to do that one”
I used quotes but acknowledge I may not be using your verbiage word for word.
You gotta revisit your storage silo design when you get to your storage building. Add an impulse style auto sorter and have a light on the floor turn on whenever you have stock
I think you should totally put in like blue stone for the eyes, and maybe use cherrywood smooth surface for the nose? In place of all the cobble stone statue. ITs still awesome nonetheless!
For fun, next to the trap doors you can put a sticky piston with a block that extends over the opening cutting off the villagers from the beds, effectively shutting off the breeder until you want it to work!
geniussss!
@@wattlesplays thanks! I got the idea from a previous villager breeder you built! 🤣
Yes I love to build and more of those would be awesome!! I love your exploration and things the way you have it now as well though too 😁
18:26 That explains why the villagers in my villager breeder in my 1.19 world became witches. The ceiling was made of mangrove leaves 🤦♀️
I like exploration, mining, and building. A build technique vid would be cool
Man gotta love a villager breeder, so simple yet so necessary. Basically *SO ME*! 😂
I'm ready for a fire guide episode!
I would LOVE more build techniques. I always seem to get demotivated because I am intimidated by others builds. I’m good at farming but it doesn’t look the best. I would love some aesthetically pleasing builds around my vase
Love your builds and would love to see more detailed videos on them
I think it's a great idea for you to have building guide episodes.
FINALLY!!! After all these years we got a face reveal! LET’S GOOO!!! 6:37
I always build with "center expansion" in mind. Think it gets easier to finish dekoration the environment that way 😄
Definitely we need more building videos
I love your build guides
Would love some building content, your building style is great and some pointers, tips and tricks would be much appreciated by a lot of people, I'm sure!
Build away Wattles, build away ❤️
I would love to see some build tutorial videos. When my son got me into playing, your channel was one of first I came across for how to become a better builder - MCG s2e2 How to Build Better to be exact. I think this is a gap in current content that is out there, and I’m glad you’re considering taking on this additional role.
I once saw someone make like a sky village and it turned out really cool. You should try it!
I love you wattles ❤
I like build episodes mixed with game strats.
Just started watching and you area fantastic builder/minecrafter!
Definitely more builds and tips please.
i love this style of video! keep it up.
I wouldn’t recommend taking a baby villager since they can grow up and have the green outfit
Builds and stuff are great, but id love to see you do a boss fight series
Just go, ok, lets fight the dragon, lets fight the wither, lets fight the warden.
More building tips and tricks please
Because
After villager update instead of focusing on a farm based area I'm going build settlements
Wattles would you be making mountain castles in the future? Would love to see castle builds!
wattles my man, why are putting these poor baby villagers in the basement. They’re traumatized.
I would love build tip episodes!
PP Barn
Also yes I would like more tips and tricks for building, especially with roofs I struggle with those the most
Absolutely more building and tips, techniques, all of it, I’m a bad builder but i want to get better, so yes, building
I love building and am always looking for inspiration!!
11:25 "oo that *axe*.. woo, thats a *nice axe*.." i see what you did there haha
Can you elaborate it?
I think you should make bonus builds permanent for this series because thats what makes this series unique and different from 3 even though i did LOVE 3 if you want to keep the theme of 4 you should keep bonus builds.
