This is awesome list! I think I will try Three sisters 😁 Root and Everdell are definitely fit for this list.. Parks and Cascadia also gives me a Autumn’s vibe 🤎🍁
Root totally fits the theme, to the point of using it as your countdown cards! x) Photosynthesis by Blue Orange Games is a game with multiple tree colors per player and I feel totally fits the vibes of the rest of the list. You're just a bunch of trees, collecting sunlight! And putting the other players trees in shade :)
Creature Comforts has become one of our group's favorites. It's so incredibly cozy and adorable. It sort of fills the same desires as Everdell in terms of worker placement, but without any direct take-that gameplay that can lead to a bit too much competitive gameplay. Great for thematic play (crafting socks in combination with boots for example), and for point-gaining play by optimizing crafting of comforts. Would highly recommend to anyone!
Having played Everdell (awaiting delivery of the big box kickstarter right now) and owning Creature Comforts, if I was to summarize CC I would say that it is a lighter, friendlier version of Everdell. Extremely fun game.
If your group is looking for a family game with zero conflict where only your decisions and die rolls make it break you, Creature Comforts is a decent choice. There's no player elimination so catching up isn't entirely out of reach and the game is a set number of rounds so you don't feel cheated by someone racing to a victory point total. I highly recommend paying on the retail version and spending a little more to get the Kickstarter version which comes with wooden bits to switch out the cardboard bits, adorable animal family paw print pips and two KS exclusive mini expansions.
One game that would have been a great addition to this list is Meadow. It has more of a spring theme, but it’s got all the cozy art with the animals and nature that fits the vibe of these other games.
Amazing recommendations and now I need them all! 😂 Thankfully I have like 6 of them already. I must have the coziest collection possible! ☕️🍁🧦 Amazing video Sam!
Alchemists is a very cozy game! It gives me fall vibes because it's about studying alchemistry at a kind of Unseen University from Terry Pratchett's Discworld
Indian Summer is my least favorite out of that particular series. It's good, but Cottage Garden and Spring Meadow are better. EDIT: However, Indian Summer has the best table presence. It's gorgeous and perfect for Fall.
YESSS these recs are awesome man! Only true fans will recognize those title cards 👀 YOU GOTTA GET CREATURE COMFORTS! 🍁 Adding Broom 🧹 Service to my list!!

What are your Fall Board Game recomendations?
I'm enjoying the new "Alien: Fate of the Nostromo" game. Some people might not find it so cozy, but I have strange tastes in what I find "cozy." 😁
