I unironically like this game.
The controls can be a little iffy sometimes sure, the items do require some skill to use effectively, and the graphics could use a little polish, but I really enjoy it.
There was clear thought, time, love, and effort put into this game, and I can't help but love it.

I own this game, and I've played it with many friends. I actually love it
My favorite thing about it is, you can legit spam as many bananas or missiles as you want, there is no limit, it'll come out as fast as you can press the key.
I play with a keyboard instead of a controller for this reason, you can cover the entire road and make them impossible to dodge.
Then, if you make a super long trail of them, if they hit one they can get stuck in them, hitting bananas over and over and over.
This shit has online play too, honestly game of the year.

I should mention something that no one talks about. The sound design in this game is breathtaking. The excellent music perfectly reflects at the mood of the game's underlying themes, and each individual sound effect has more care put into it than I have ever put into anything in my whole life.

I miss the old thumbnails. I'm so used to seeing that bright orange background and knowing right away that it's Game Grumps. The new thumbnails just blend in so much that sometimes I can't even see them when looking at my subscribed channels.

I can confirm that Iceland does look exactly like the volcano level (called Iceland). It is incredible how photo realistic the graphics were for that moment and i was brought back to my childhood frolicking in the Icelandic volcano field.

I feel like this game is the bottom of the barrel. It's terrible, looks terrible, and you should feel terrible.
I didn't say it wasn't shit. And bottom of the barrel is an understatement. This was a barrel that had been left out in the sun for two millennia, thrown over Niagara Falls, eaten and shit out by a fish, buried with the Atari ET cartridges, got dug out and then cooked in an oven.
