That’s insane. Great info. Kind of hard to wrap my mind around all it took to get to the point that the corners were square. Amazing work. Especially on a large piece like that.
Winterbrook Forge Thank you! I should have talked about that even if you don’t have a power hammer it’s still worth understanding what’s going on. The knowledge will help you out at some point as a smith.
I made some similar parts with Clifton the last time I was at his shop. There was quite a lot more shouting involved. It is a good approach that definately comes with lots of power hammer use.
This is a very, very good work with a p-hammer, takes some skill. I know, spent a last 3 days on p-hammer myself and i know how easy it is to eFF things up ..
unreal! fantastic work and demo, thanks from Ireland!
Solved so many problems for me! Awesome work Tim!
Very impressive! Your commentary about how you got to the end was loaded with information -- Thanks.
Super cool Tim, wish I had your insight into what might and might not work!
THANK YOU

Thanks Paul!

Torbjörn Åhman Thank you! Means a lot coming from you! Love the work that you are doing on this platform!
@@TimothyDyck Great, thanks! Is that the 100kg beche hammer? Sounds very familiar to mine :)
Torbjörn Åhman yep! I have a 100kg Beche and a Nazel too. What size is your Beche?
@@TimothyDyck Cool, mine is 75kg. Odd weight, the model is called LG0 2
Interesting! Mine is a L3 I think it was made around 1950. I could see how sweet a 75kg would be. Nice hammer to have I'm sure.

@@TimothyDyck I totally agree. I Would love to see a video about your power hammers!
Very cool. I imagine some of this technique can work on a smaller scale with manual hammers.

Enes Tahir Ozan Thank you so much! I’m pumped to be here! 😊
