may i point out that it looks like you might have texture dumping enabled? In the menu it seemed to lag heavily when the videos were playing, as dolphin dumps every frame of the videos. If you turn it off it'll heavily improve performance.
But maybe it isn't on to begin with, I don't know, just something to note.
