THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR 30,000 SUBSCRIBERS! That is crazy! Sorry for not posting new videos for a while, but you'll soon see what we've been working on! This time, we gave the little crocodyliform Kaprosuchus a test run, and oh boy... This video might show a bit of my opinion regarding this mod, but I'm just goofing around. The mod has a great model and animations, and at the end of the day, servers can nerf and buff modded dinos as they like. But hey, enjoy our shenanigans with these little swamp puppies!

Wait really? I've never done it before and got the game in not so long now all i gotta do is enter the friend code? I'm a bit confused on how , but by far the kingfisher skin is the prettiest on those uh "limited" skins
If you bought the game less than 24hours ago you should be able to click the link, log into your account and get the skin. (Might take some hours before you can use the skin iirc)

It has 75s of stamina(which isn’t even close to things like deinon), around half of sarcos grab, No knockback(because of a bug iirc), WAY less then anos armor(kapro can get around a max of 1.6 armor and ano has a base armor of 2.5), Yes.. it does have around megs hitbox(iirc) which is bad for it since Meg is way taller then kapro, and takes extra damage to the tail compared to most other playables

The problem with this animal is that the people who play it never give up. They sometimes attack other players non-stop. Some have followed me often enough. Since then I have only used anything that can fly. Little tip: take the quetz. You can use that to annoy them from above xD

Cera, Meg and even Conc can beat the Crap of it, also is the slowest 2 slot with the lowest stam on Land.
Its Turn is also easy to manage and its not hard to hit.
You all ppl complaining its unbalanced simply don't know how to deal with it cause the testers and other ppl with actual skill think and say is not bad.
Also Suggestions of Nerf without proper feedbacks and explanations are mostly not taking into account

I'm pretty sure this server had nerfed Kapro but it still felt way too powerful😅
1040 sprint speed makes it slower than most 3 slot buddy. Dasp is 1050
Kapro has 75 sprint speed seconds of stamina, while other animals, like Cera has up to 2 mins

@@thegranadilla yeah no you're fine! I thought the song was hilarious! But yeah, a ton of people wanted the mod discontinued and were very toxic about it, so Feilong talked to the devs and they terminated the people's accounts, and Feilong announced that Kapro would stay
Oh gosh!! That’s so wrong!! I mean, yeah I get annoyed by them, but wanting to remove it isn’t something I would want Feilong to do. I like the mod and think it’s great!! I just don’t like the people use it as their main and KOS with them.
I dont think the mod needs removing but I personally believe it needs a rework. If for nothing else then for the fact that this animal is NOT the Kaprosuchus. It had longer legs, eye placement that of a terrestrial predator's and it was a terrestrial predator. They need to remove all its water buffs, give it longer legs, less stamina, and remove the laughable yeet attack from it. It was not built for that. Not even nearly.
Oh, and make it swim as badly as any terrestrial predator. It wasnt semi-aquatic or aquatic. Also, remove its ability to dive. Or alternatively, have a morph that is more aquatic and has dive but take away its speed on land. This way it will be more of a smaller but faster croc in that morph.
I am just watching people play against kapros and I get annoyed I hate them they are too powerful no creature should have such power they are the most OP creature and they should be balanced

Its playables like Kapro that make me not play modded servers. A kapro should not be able to 1v2 a full giga.
I like the animations and the sounds are interesting but just a bit loud. I love their little rumble dance. I think the stats are a bit unbalance in some places, but that’s why we can mod the stats on custom servers ^^

As a Kapro player I do admit that I spread chaos and destruction among many players just for fun but I also go after other rowdy Kapros, there can be only one swamp puppy and it ain’t gonna be them that’s for sure

My first encounter with a Kapro pretty much went like the Citi at the beginning lol
I was just wandering around Hotspring during the night and saw a croc far away. As an adol Achillo, I didn't want to deal with what I thought was a Sarco and left, unbothered. A few minutes later, I heard rapid stomps behind me. "What da hell is that ? C'mon, it can't be the croc...?" Yes, it was. And GOD was he fast. I tried to run, out of options and confident with my stam. BOI I was wrong, he outran me many times and had a much better stampool than me. Not even cliffs could stop him. Maybe try to fight him ? He was small after all. *Nuhuh, not even in my dreams*

People on Islander claim that the kapro has the lowest stamina pool of all the tier twos. Bruh, I beg to differ, the thing has stam for days still. But I'm glad you had fun with the swamp puppy
Ngl it has one of the largest stam pools but it's one of the slowest of the tier 2s n i think that is a good balance imo.

if you cut the stam in half or by 25% and stam regen by half it (on the move), while not letting its body slam not knock large apexes get knocked away, (let apexes have a bite that only targets these crocs 1.2x) and let all tail attacks hit the croc (maybe deal more damage to them say 1.5x) then it would be balanced.. no hard nerfs required. as you want dinos to be fun not unplayable.
When kapro was released, I found them everywhere... but at the time I mained a lot of kentrosaurus so I found out that insane bleed + better turning than them + making them run for their meal is perfect counter for them. Haven't tried it now that my baby is nerfed by alderon games tho. Btw that song is a banger and has been running in my head for two weeks now rip

The worst part is this thing sounds nothing like a crocodilyform and of course instead sounds goofy and loud as crap and it moves so awkwardly as well. Wish there were more mods that were actually cool/scary/taken seriously instead of being hated because theyre annoying or op. Like dilo from The Isle or something. A scary carnivore with no goofy attributes.
I don't think Kapro is a bad mod. The model and animations seem good imo. Sounds are bit loud I agree but I think they suit the lil croc
Tell me how a crocodyliform sounds then lmao. It uses gator and croc sounds, I was there when they were being made.
Locomotion is just crocodile walk, American gator pseudo gallop for the trot and Cuban crocodile gallop.
So I don't know, maybe you never saw a crocodile or gator before
Kapro is weird- yes its an absolute nightmare when played by an experienced player but otherwise seen plenty get clapped for getting too bold and bum rushing in. Though personally I think it should get some of its armor nerfed and the grab nerfed to only pick up small dinos. Kapros always gave me ambush predator vibes and shouldn't be bum rushing anyways. I'm all for it to just be a beefier megalania and that's about it.

Sometimes modded dinos/prehistoric reptiles are just way too strong! If I could make a suggestion I would love to see you play Dasp, ever since rex came out not many people play as dasp.
Ngl modders make good/cool creatures, but balance tends to not be their strong suit... usually drastically leans to the OP. As they completely ignore their vanilla counterparts.

Slow it down and reduce the stamina and I think it’s fine. If anything increase trot speed a tick. It’s a cold blooded reptile no way it should be able to gallop around like a horse
arazoa found a way to make kapro balanced by letting hatz pick it up (and other stuff, but that's the most important)
