Is this what I have to do to get my phone to turn on or charge?? FYI it was 98 percent charged before going off. it was bought 5 weeks ago in the US. I live in the Caribbean. I have a few contact numbers stored to phone that i really don't want to loose. sim cards full & I didn't get around to storing them in a diary or book.
my phone will not charge or show boot screen. Only the back light comes on with no display. Can you tell me what's wrong and how can I fix it? Is it the display, battery or something else entirely. I tried doing your method and got as far as the three boot display. As soon as I try to get recovery mode it goes back to blank screen
i did all the commands you showed on the video but when i turn it back on the little turning o music just goes off about half of it and then it just goes mute and stays on the blu screen and never turn on completely. when it does turn on my SIM card is on the first SIM card slot and it says that no SIM card founded on slot 1 and 2 then it turn off by itself and on again . . . over and over and over again . . . CellularProz please respond
helo i try to do a hard reset on mi blu studio 5.0 sll but,,,, there is not" a recoveri opcion only up grade on ,,, up grade of,,, what can i do,,,if you can help me,,,,, thanks,,,
Now I have the Studio 5.5C. when I try to do a hard reset, I do NOT get those options under 'Factory Mode'. I have: PCBA Test, Essential Test, Full Test, Item Test, Test Report, Signaling Test, GPS, Reboot That is all I have. I do NOT have 'Clear EMMC'. WTF

I have factory reset (hard) on a BLU Studio 5.0. It is still asking for a password after reset.

No soft reset directions bro, you went straight into the hard reset. I mean damn.
