They dont. The names look innapropriate in leetspeak or similar pronouncations so they reset it and delete the whole name because it sounds bad and new people can take it

i dont think this can happen, first if you can get banned with a lets say a 24 hour period. i think roblox will notice that theres a raise in bans, and if your make a support ticket saying that the past user is banned how can you hack into the account?
Basically whats going on is, they are spam reporting people, going to the support page then saying that this is their account and i think they change the account name and then the person takes it or they manage to log on random people's accounts acting like they got banned then asking to be unbanned so they get their passwords im not so sure
